Excellent met test results today, fast leach time and almost 95% recovery. Should help improve the numbers for the DFS. Good stuff. Regards, Ed.

Avsome, Good man, yeah looks rock solid at the moment and the exploration efforts to date combined with the current gold price should make those DFS targets easier to hit. If they manage to hit those then development funding is waiting in the wings. Not many early stage miners are in that position. I'm looking forward to the next stage of the field work too. Great shallow grades to date and one of these discoveries may turn out to be an extension of the main strike. If they drill a tight grid along that it has the potential to multiply the reserves. Regards, Ed.

There's an infinite number of permutations here, and this is just another one based on lots of assumptions and half baked ideas. I expect South Africa to get involved as well, since that country hasn't featured yet. LOL.

I'm aware of CORA via Starvest (SVE). Time to go direct rather than rely on the 1.23m shares SVE own.

Edgein Since the drop nearly 50% bit overdone think this is more or less bottom we have a seller but shares are being mopped up. I've steadily been accumulating coro shares below 10p if gold stays as it is or starts to gather momentum again this will gradually rise before the turn of the year as we have update on Sanankoro medium term this will do very well. I am delighted to welcome Norm to the Cora team. The addition of an individual with his experience and expertise has come at an exciting time for Cora, specifically as we move forward to our next field season and continue working towards the completion of a Definitive Feasibility Study on Sanankoro by the end of 2021

Avsome, Yeah, very experienced guy they've just added to their team. Should help them seamlessly move through the shallow exploration to the DFS. Regards, Ed.

Mr Monro has significant experience in both the resource sector and the City, most notably over ten years' experience at Hummingbird -- Continued strong support from new investors and existing shareholders demonstrated through their participation in a fundraising for in excess of GBP2.88 million which closed in April 2020 -- US$21m mandate and term sheet signed with investment firm Lionhead Capital Advisors Proprietary Limited to fund the future development of the Sanankoro -- Strong cash balance of US$3.6m at end of June 2020 Bert Monro, Chief Executive Officer of Cora, commented : "The year to date has been an active time for the Company on all fronts with significant progress made in particular on the Sanankoro Gold Project. The combination of a very positive Scoping Study, with an 107% Internal rate of return at a US$1,500/oz gold price, and a recent US$21m Term Sheet to fund the construction of Sanankoro, puts us in a strong position as we move in to the next stage of development. "Despite the uncertainty of the last six months we have managed to work safely and effectively and it's a huge testament to the quality of the Cora exploration team. I am extremely grateful for the effort they have put in, delivering excellent results under challenging conditions. " We are very much looking forward to our next season of work programmes with the bigger picture of working towards the completion of a DFS on Sanankoro by the end of 2021. I would like to extend a warm thanks to our shareholders and stakeholders who continue to be supportive of our activities. We look forward to giving updates on further developments in the coming months."

Doesn't have to be $2,500 oz for it to be a winner, just a stabilisation of the political situation. I doubt if the company will want to release any further exploration results at the moment, but you never know.

The army officers that seized control in Mali have announced that land and air borders will be reopened on Friday. The borders were closed after a coup this week. The coup leaders have also said they are in contact with opposition groups about starting the process of appointing a transitional president. West African leaders have continued to call for the ousted president, Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta, to be reinstated immediately. The regional bloc Ecowas says it is sending envoys to Mali to ensure the return of constitutional order. The opposition has called for a rally on Friday in support of the coup. hTTps://www.bbc.co.uk/news/topics/cq23pdgvrqwt/mali

FT today Still, Mr Raymakers added, a new regime was unlikely to alter state policy towards mining, which represents about 7 per cent of gross domestic product and 30 per cent of the government’s revenue, according to the World Bank.“Elites from all walks of the Malian political sphere welcome foreign investment in the mining sector as a crucial part of the economy,” he said.

Yeah ! Just over £20,000 worth of petty cash in the scheme of things. MM's always react this way, understandably. You'll know I'm talking about international/government funds.
