Proposed new arrangements with respect to Conygar ZDP PLC and Result of Class Meeting

On 23 February 2017, The Conygar Investment Company PLC announced that it had entered into the conditional Sale Agreement for the disposal of its Investment Property Portfolio to Regional Commercial Midco Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Regional REIT) (the "Disposal").

Completion of the Disposal is subject to, inter alia, the shareholders of Conygar ZDP PLC passing the Special Resolution, details of which can be found in the Circular which was posted to holders on 3 March 2017, at the Class Meeting.

Conygar ZDP PLC is pleased to announce that the Special Resolution to approve the Disposal was passed at the Class Meeting held earlier today. 25,129,019 proxy votes were cast in favour of the Special Resolution and there were no votes against.
