29/3/2018 07:54 | I hope no one lost a life changing amount, really sorry for the investors who thought it was a bargain here. I did but only day traded it. | bulltradept
28/3/2018 23:04 | I sincerely hope Chinese Investor holds some of these. Deepest sympathy though to other decent shareholders here. | professor pettigrew
28/3/2018 22:59 | Has this £30m unexpected tax bill been explained yet? I am guessing duty on spirits moved out of bonded warehousing. Ordinary transactional taxes vat paye and CT would be well indicated in the financial records. | jonc
28/3/2018 22:34 | WINDJAMMER? | s1zematters
28/3/2018 22:23 | Can Mr Typo create a template for assJammer. He had so many poo poo today. :(. I bet he's going cold Turkey like Ant. Do it people, do it. Stop all addictions. Everyone wants to go to heaven but no one wants to die. Please pray for BA, I do not think I will last till Easter. Love Y'ALL my biutiful subjects and emates. BA Stealing is good | bullet ant
28/3/2018 22:08 | From a Debt free capital structure to "identified a payment due to HM Revenue & Customs of approximately GBP30.0 million which falls due for payment on 29 March 2018" It certainly did blow up! | mida5
28/3/2018 22:07 | Septimus Quaid, I recall some article a few years back. Just appalling numbers. I wouldn't be surprised if the total lost by private investors since it's inception isn't in the £3-£10 billion bracket hxxps://www.sharepro | barvin
28/3/2018 21:58 | How quickly things change. This is what Diana Hunter was saying at the IPO: "We have an exciting future ahead of us with our new debt free capital structure, an incentivisation plan that aligns our 461 franchisees with management and our shareholders and capital to expand our footprint of stores from our heartland in the North West." They then went on an acquisition spree. Loaded up on debt and blew up within 5 years. Another Zeus Capital special... | phowdo
28/3/2018 21:46 | You just have to wonder how much AIM has contributed to the destruction of personal wealth amongst small PIs | septimus quaid
28/3/2018 21:42 | Wow, what a warning for all AIM investors. How can a company go from a £800 market cap to total wipeout for shareholders in 6 months? Just amazing | barvin
28/3/2018 21:34 | hxxps://www.betterre The end of the road , I guess | mida5
28/3/2018 19:35 | The co was telling market is was on for £70 million ebitda this year; not sure bout the 20 odd million u refer to | value viper
28/3/2018 19:15 | I'm not invested here, but interested in how CVR was ever capitalised at £740 million (when the share price was 400p+) on profits before tax of just £22 million. A more reasonable market cap would have been £250m but it was 3 times that. Goes to show how important it is to keep an eye on marketcap. | ivor hunch
28/3/2018 19:13 | I also said they would not get funding. who's crazy enough to underwrite placement for a bankrupt company? No one. BA Stealing is good | bullet ant
28/3/2018 18:47 | Typo, Back on 5 th Feb directors and associates were buying in the threes!!! £500k invested. Much of remuneration package taken via stock options and there was a very favourable employee incentive scheme (2 for 1) running for 10% of salary. Appear stupid?? Done a great job.. really hope it costs dear when the CV is put out... Payday for the employees today.. at least they got paid.. | electrick
28/3/2018 18:39 | Fortunately , only small amount of exposure , however , the passage of events is inept beyond inept ! CEO , along with CFO being paid £1m PA and cant use an abacus !? Drop in profits , ok , not great but it happens - missing £5.2m off a forecast is incompetent . Missing a £30M HMRC payment that has come to light is so ridiculous you have to laugh . Blue sky / brain showering corporate clap trap but dosent know what a HMRC brown envelope means - Does anyone know what tax they hadnt paid ? Has it been disclosed anywhere ? Many misleading RNSs filed by NOMAD to which people have purchased shares on the strength of !? THe afternoon before they confirmed the previous findings and then suspension First funding RNS says Directors believe that £125m is sufficient , todays its the minimum amount needed . SO many red flags - poor internal controls gets banks worried straight away Credit insurers pull cover and that has led to negative cashflow Apart from last week , where previous did any other of the RNSs say that creditor payments were overdue ? Again misleading Funding - why not offer existing shareholders rights issues - with new management there , there is a business ( imho) instead of admin I know there will be appetite for the WS Retail petrol filling stations Sadly , this will be another whitewash for shareholders and management will go on to pastures new , commanding large salaries and it will be tomorrows chip paper Last week , another supplier to convenience , Fresh to Store went belly up - again , who lends these companies money when they have been loss making from day 1 - imagine an SME with this kind of business plan - they would be laughed at | ellemaitch |
