The Company has been notified of the following transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

On 17 May 2018 Mr Rick Anderson, a Non-Executive Director and a PDMR, acquired 1,116 Shares at GBP2.03 per share under the Company's Scrip Dividend programme. Mr Anderson's resulting shareholding is 74,050 Shares.
