Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulations.

On 21 May 2019, the following deferred bonus award over ordinary shares of 1 pence in ContourGlobal plc ("Shares") was granted under the ContourGlobal plc Long Term Incentive Plan to the following person discharging managerial responsibilities:
