Conversion Rate for Interim Dividend
Further to the announcement of the Interim Results released on 8 August 2019, the sterling equivalent of the second quarterly dividend of 3.6901 US cents per share will be 3.0382 pence per share, based on an exchange rate of GBGBP1 = US$1.21457.
The quarterly dividend will be paid on 6 September 2019 to shareholders on the register on 16 August 2019.
