26/8/2021 09:32 | Only 242,633,276 shares so guess we should expect some shakes to loosen shares for the mm's to trade. Happy just continuing to hold for the deals to get done myself as can see material uplift if and when they close. | bad gateway

26/8/2021 07:48 | . What a great position to be in at Lubu, the coking coal project. Thought we were looking at just one major offtake partner, but now it is two of the largest stainless-steel producers in the world, with more parties showing interest. Looks like the coking/metallurgical coal testing by the major offtake partner has gone very well. " 25 August 2021 Statement Regarding Share Price Contango Holdings Plc, the London listed natural resource development company, notes the recent share price movement and press commentary with respect to a potential offtake deal with Afrochine, the Zimbabwean subsidiary of Tsingshan Group. Non-Disclosure Agreements limit Contango's ability to directly comment on individual discussions but the Company can confirm it is in discussions with two of the largest stainless-steel producers in the world, as well as several other interested parties, and expects to be in a position to provide a full update in the near term. 22/8/2021 19:10 | Thanks 1waving. I'd really like to see a PFS or similar on Garalo. I'm really intrigued by the opportunity here but taking any kind of mine into production is never easy. I appreciate they anticipate it's all open pit. The risk / reward profile looks compelling but I will sit and watch for now. Thanks again for the reply. | drdre
22/8/2021 16:15 | DrDre RNS 3rd June. " To fund this expanded pre-production work programme, the Company has sourced GBP1M, primarily from existing investors at the current market price. The convertible is a zero-coupon instrument and has a mandatory conversion at 6p at the end of 2021, highlighting the belief of the subscribers in the inherent value Contango offers. The subsequent development to first production of Garalo is still intended to be funded via a mixture of royalties and debt as previously outlined. " . | 1waving
22/8/2021 11:50 | This looks a very interesting proposition. I can envisage the coking coal will fund the development of the gold project. However, given that we should have heard news on the offtake by now, I am watching to see what happens there. I think that deal needs to be signed to enable progression of the gold project without needing to find a lot of capex. That seems to be the golden opportunity here as dilution is oft the enemy of junior explorers who want to take their projects into production. | drdre
17/8/2021 18:10 | Why would you want to trade it ? You could invest if you thought either of the opportunities would actually materialise.... I guess time will tell. Both are a little late on updates it seems. | unionhall
03/8/2021 13:04 | It's a ridiculous spread, 5.7p to 6.3pYou can't possibly trade this. | festario |
