Look at the UT trades over the last 6 weeks.

There is yet another one at 2pm today --- 300,000 @ 2.59p.
On the buy side. Bid/Offer was 2.3 - 2.5p

Plenty like that over the last few weeks.

The increase in price on Toll Roads was announced in November 2023 as part of the budget for 2024.
