Very interesting (and predictable) developments. It doesn't make much odds to the CGNR reputation as a company - that was already ruined long ago - but Conroy's reputation as an individual is rightfully going to take a hammering. Not so arrogant now, eh?

creating my own profile of the imaginary Prof royale CON I ask my self - how many of his inventions were proven by an outside certification agencies and patent officies. Is he just telling good night stories to the willing audience about his scientific discoveries as humans want to hear them? As there are no results from his discoveries for just too long. If it is so good if nothing else there is human greed and pride. A functioning machine would be shown to the world to earn money with it and to boast. I might be right or wrong and there is no connection to Prof Conroy of the CGNR fame.

I think every (normal) person would like CGNR to be forensically analysed at this stage. It got to the stage where one could predict the next dilution based on how 'delighted' conroy was at the latest RNS.

I would check the intra relationship of financing and cost burden sharing in the KDR CGNR relationship. cost allocations - were the ev. loans in the best interest of shareholders and could be funds employed in a much better way. intentionally damage to the shareholders if funds could be invested better and clear conflict of interest at the damage to the shareholders. what was security for the loan? were standard professional level of conditions mantained. were contracts written in a fashion so that they can not be anti dated if needed.

further I would check how the BOD checked the incoming board members. now that is an issue. well - if that is your professional standard - give me a proof that you did it for the present board members or you neglected your fiducary duties by your own declared professional standars.
