06/10/2017 11:59 | KevJones2. I always think Fianna Fáil are bad until Fine Gael get in. | fiachra
06/10/2017 11:05 | G5 reminded me of an old communist tactic - firs personal discrimination then elimmination. no one interested in facts PS the last step unfortunately was liquidate | kaos3
06/10/2017 11:05 | Perhaps he is beginning to reap what he has very cleverly sown for so long. | 4marlin
06/10/2017 11:00 | Very interesting (and predictable) developments. It doesn't make much odds to the CGNR reputation as a company - that was already ruined long ago - but Conroy's reputation as an individual is rightfully going to take a hammering. Not so arrogant now, eh? Once a Fianna Failer, always a Fianna Failer. | kevjones2
06/10/2017 10:17 | just saw the kaos post still dont believe it someone should ask the question today | resourceful
06/10/2017 10:10 | it is being reported that CGNR is under Central Bank of Ireland investigation for insider trading and market manipulation | 4marlin
06/10/2017 09:30 | interesting how suddenly there is so much energy and activity from the BOD. where was it before? it looks it was there as it clearly exists. why was not spent before for the good cause? or was it? | kaos3
06/10/2017 09:10 | Will vote against the academic | fiachra
06/10/2017 09:06 | from m experience - he who controlls the Co seal and purse wins. only small cracs put in the structure by public opinion and court wins can slowly dent the structure. Unfortunately | kaos3
06/10/2017 08:41 | creating my own profile of the imaginary Prof royale CON I ask my self - how many of his inventions were proven by an outside certification agencies and patent officies. Is he just telling good night stories to the willing audience about his scientific discoveries as humans want to hear them? As there are no results from his discoveries for just too long. If it is so good if nothing else there is human greed and pride. A functioning machine would be shown to the world to earn money with it and to boast. But there is nothing coming from the inventor royal Con I might be right or wrong and there is no connection to Prof Conroy of the CGNR fame. | kaos3
06/10/2017 08:14 | Anybody going to the meeting? | thecynical1
06/10/2017 07:29 | Oh and Maureen is doing an Irish Jig on the phone ordering a new Rolls Royce the party is already in full swing down at head office this morning! | catswhiskas
06/10/2017 07:02 | Prof has just got up Beaming like a Cheshire Cat 🐱 OS is currently trying to get through to Ocean Finance ! | rbonnier
05/10/2017 13:51 | but first frof should publycally oppose the check - which he probably as expected Will. WHY ? well BECAUSE there must be a reason - or he agrees and we sleep in peace | kaos3
05/10/2017 13:49 | one can get an court order for it !!!! at least where I live. | kaos3
05/10/2017 13:44 | I think every (normal) person would like CGNR to be forensically analysed at this stage. It got to the stage where one could predict the next dilution based on how 'delighted' conroy was at the latest RNS. | kevjones2
05/10/2017 13:42 | marlin - what do you think ;) | kaos3
05/10/2017 13:40 | an orden - I get red ones too - why - by asking reasonable questions | kaos3
05/10/2017 13:37 | I would check the intra relationship of financing and cost burden sharing in the KDR CGNR relationship. cost allocations - were the ev. loans in the best interest of shareholders and could be funds employed in a much better way. intentionally damage to the shareholders if funds could be invested better and clear conflict of interest at the damage to the shareholders. what was security for the loan? were standard professional level of conditions mantained. were contracts written in a fashion so that they can not be anti dated if needed. | kaos3
05/10/2017 13:33 | further I would check how the BOD checked the incoming board members. now that is an issue. well - if that is your professional standard - give me a proof that you did it for the present board members or you neglected your fiducary duties by your own declared professional standars. | kaos3 |
