The prof said 2m oz not a prerequisite.

Fair point, however, just maybe the 2m oz is not required. I notice Newmont also use biox at one of their mines in Nevada.http://www.mining-technology.com/projects/carlin/

they don´t have the funds to do the nec. drilling to get up to 2m oz - where majors would come looking.
Hardly promising.

He presents well IF, IF, IFFFF you do not know the history of the company.

....which is one of glacial progress, endless dilution and, essentially, non-delivery and continuous proclamations of ´mine in 3 years´
When one knows this, you see through all the bull....

Sad end to a career.

Can't imagine there were any newbies at the AGM. I agree they have been alluding to interest for an eternity and nothing has happened on that front. Kinross, Newmont, Barrick, Klondex and Veris Gold are some of the companies operating there, however Newmont to me appear to fit the bill. Companies like newmont must be looking to pick up assets in safe jurisdictions. Ireland and Northern Ireland must be on their radar. With the size of the Conroy gold stretch, it would make a good acquisition for Newmont or Kinross.

well, nothing tangible has happened as that would require RNS.
Typical tactics by Conroy to drum up support from gullible newbies.

Note to newbies:
CGNR was formed over 20 years ago.
Still not financed (JV talk is at least 8 yrs old), no permits, no mine and, of course, no revenue.....let alone profit.

The prof told all at the AGM that they had been out to Nevada to view a mine and that interest was more serious since May 2016 and with recent results. It's not that difficult to figure out which gold major is in Nevada.

Too much for what they've done, or not done. MTR entered at 18.5p and added at 28.7p so they're well under water.

But the dp dive has been driven by very small sales with no interest from buyers for Conroy with prof in charge, or gold in general since Trump's victory. I would imagine prof's days at the helm are numbered, not wishing him any ill but he's just not up to it.

Market Cap of approx £1.5m is embarrassing stuff for the company. KDR may ironically turn out to be CGNRs saviour, who knows. CGNR are only down to a depth of 200 metres and the grades are increasing significantly with depth. The facts are there. It's no wonder the current market capital is a source of huge embarrassment for the company. No idea what the future holds for CGNR. Jv or funding deal and it will be game on! Think a major like Newmont would do well to move into Ireland and be first to the party. Now that would be nice.

Don't think the quantities suggest MTR selling and they've just raised funds anyway, looks more like peed off pi's selling small amounts. O'Sullivan can hoover them up cheaper than he'd get MTR's perhaps.

Hi RBonnier here

What caused this to crash to an unbelievable 0.14p old share price .Are metal tiger selling ? Someone must be beginning to think this isn't worth a punt at any price will have a market cap equivalent to a bit of loose change soon time prof called it a day before anyone else loses their hard earned cash on this white elephant.

I know it's lazily run, cynical, and shareholders are rightly fed up. But I think O'Sullivan increasing is significant as is Metal Tiger's presence, between them they have over 30%, I don't think either can be happy about progress or lack of.
