Has to be.
I have been waiting for an rns, as between 20-30 per cent
of the company's shares have turned over in three days without
a mandatory reported change in shareholdings over 3% and the
NI family that have a substantial holding have not reported any additions or subtractions....although if it is down to the company to notify
the Stock Exchange, it has never had a great record in this regard,
in fact 2/3 years ago a shareholder took them to task for late filing.

What else would you expect from these minnows...the AIM thrives
as long as the rules are liberally interpreted, while giveing shareholders
like us the illusion that our interests are being looked after by the exchange's
so called Rules of Compliance.
Bah! Humbug!

Directors do not trade shares...they have recognised agents and brokers to
do that for them.

What is interesting is the fact that the company actually has only issued 50m shares.
I doubt they will raise cash at this share price level.......they'll want to see
that up a little higher surely?

"It doesn’t actually cost much to obtain the licence and all the directors and consultants get shares not cash. They will have to farm out or raise cash if they want to drill their targets though."

Is it that bad? You never had African Diamonds? All of the other Conn zinc and gold exploration costs are funded by Teck and Hendricks.

If there is anything in Donegal I am sure they will also JV that. Market Cap still less than £1 million.
