The Company has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 5p undertaken by a PDMR. On 29 June 2017, Mr. David Bauernfeind (Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer) was granted options to buy 17,857 shares at an option price of GBP1.008 per share under the terms of the Connect Group PLC Save As You Earn Plan. The savings term is three years and the options are exercisable between 1 September 2020 and 28 February 2021.
