So you are now a proven liar...

For anyone reading this after the event those two referenced posts above are currently un-edited so if you read this and they show as edited you can draw your own conclusions.

Finally I am still waiting to see the link to the Website of RawPR the excellent PR Company that you are a Director of in Lant St.

The only Con I can see is the Bubbly one you are trying to froth up.

Im not sure that I would admit that I held shares in a company that I was a Director of the Company responsible for their PR. That sounds like a huge conflict of interest to me and Im 100% sure the FSA would take a keen interest in such a case. You would clearly be privy to information that was not in the public domain and that could definetly be price sensitive which makes you an "Insider" and therefore prohibitted from dealing in CVL shares.

The only Raw PR I can find is www.rawpr.com which appears to be Australian. Where can I find a website for Raw PR Please Bubblehead ??

Obviously if your company were any good they would have a good web presence to show their credentials and to attract new business.

But you are a bitter ex shareholder, or at least you implied that you held shares. Could it be that you were not paid because you did not do a good job? As dave-w says above... "given the right marketing company!"

just sold all my shares 250,000,bought Angus&Ross instead
They don't seem to be stocking the shelves in Sainsburys any more,and they have slashed the price on there juice drinks.
Oh well must move on.

Raw Pr were their PR company.They are issuing proceedings in the Wandsworth County Court for lack of payment of £6499.
A sales executive, is suing them for £13,000. Their other PR company prior to Raw PR, Wild Card are suing them for non payment.There are at least two other people who have not been paid by Conival.I am sick of them and wish I was a bitter ex shareholder but unfortunately I am the Director of Raw PR.

Where do you get your information Bubblehead as that is two statements you have made without any verification. You state firstly that Conival have not been paying their staff and then you state that they havent paid their marketing people.

These remarks are libelous/defamation and possibly criminal if they are not true. This is information that could have a material impact on the price and the company should report this to the market.

Please could you provide URL links to your information or at least provide references as to the source.

I await your reply although I fear you will never answer to the satifaction of anyone on this board as you appear to be a bitter disillusioned ex-shareholder and nothing more.

I would love for you to prove me wrong.

Thank you for your concern mashman, no it doesn't hurt as i am not one of their poor investors. I feel the whole thing is a big con, it's as simple as that.The fruit content is not from Blenheim Palace it is simply a trading name. I wouldn't invest in this.

I doubt this brand will work either, as you will notice a very carefully worded phrase which basically tells you that the only thing from Bleinham Palace is the name. The fruit will be from carefully chosen suppliers and NOT the palace's famous walled garden. foodie writers will jump on this point and it will probably receive pretty bad press about it.

The best news must be that they are still managing to trade with what can only be precious little cash left. We can but pray for an outstanding launch success!
SP at least got a much needed shot in the arm so somebody is still interested.

It has been brought to my attention that Conival have not paid several of their employees including one of their sales team and their PR company. Have they run out of money or are they plain dishonest?

Sorry to see you leave, dobo. Looks like I'm going to feel a bit lonely here for a bit! But as my holding is worth only peanuts compared with my original investment, I might as well stay with it to the bitter end.

I agree, they will never do it. The packaging is awful, the juice is ok except the acai you can taste the fish oil! I don't think any of us parted with our money on this basis! I am fed up with them.

Corect me if i am wrong, but its still going to take years of ploding along before they pull 10M dept off @ £400,000 turnover a year, less tax, less wages, less product coast ect....................... a product manager said to me that she thought the way sparky was written with the stick of the 'K'being too long she said it reads sparkly so people will think its fizzy fruit juice, enough said.

Move on to what! i know things seem to be a bit thin on the penny share front.
Its a pitty about CVL it could go under or it could take a long long time to come good again,
