Conduit Holdings today announces that Neil Eckert, a director and person discharging managerial responsibilities in Conduit Holdings ("PDMR"), on 9 June 2022, acquired 29,498 common shares. Neil's total current shareholding ownership interest now stands at 604,587 common shares. Nicola Eckert (a person closely associated with Neil Eckert) has shareholding ownership interest standing at 35,873. The total shareholding interest in Conduit Holdings' common shares held by Neil and persons closely associated with him now stands at 640,460.
