In the early days it all made sense.
MCs gurkha officer background plus financial skills were the perfect mix for operating in a development country environment. Unfortunately, no matter how well we plan, organise and interact with locals, these kind of gold projects are a purely political game.
We should also not forget the problems we had in El Salvador before moving to Nicaragua. Also 100% political problems

There is the same level level of activity on the drilling front.
There are frequent visitors in condor offices ( probably contractors).
so all seems to be going well.

at least another victim of covid in the village, and a person in the hospital
i have recently heard of people who I know that have been affected by covid,
that was not the case before, so it seems infections are going up in Nicaragua and Santa Cruz de la India

So far, I have not got confirmation about when land negotations will start, my best contact to the cooperative's hierarchy has been off line for last few days, most probable he will not be confirming the rumour; that is what I believe.
New drilling earth platforms have been made, drilling keeps proguessing as previously.

We have had strong news flow in June and July which has moved the project forward on several fronts and increased the amount of gold towards the 5 million oz target. Unfortunately the share price continues to tread water. Let’s see what Mark has in store for us in August to get the share price moving north again.

There is a rumour of when they will start land negotiations with the cooperative.
to me the rumour sounds too vague, and meaningless
i am trying to check it with other sources
