17/5/2021 09:59 | Ah...getting deleted from an Ma I index on may 27. Prob can wait to buy until then! | diggybee
17/5/2021 09:57 | I try not to get too excited because we have had these false breakouts before as you will no doubt have seen in the great chart BIKWIK posted over the weekend. Looking good/encourgaing though. I am no mining expert but in my mind you wouldn't place an order for that piece of kit (SAG mill) if things were going nowhere. For me the frustrating thing here has always been the lacklustre pace at which things go forward but then again we don't see what is happening in the background. | 1airbag
17/5/2021 09:56 | Now 2% on volume of 82000 and 51.9999 has been paid. Looking good. | 888icb
17/5/2021 09:44 | Now CNR moves Up 1% on volume of 35000. There is a much more positive vibe around Condor in recent days. I expect this to be backed Up with a flow of RNS’s and the share price to keep climbing above 50p in anticipation. | 888icb
17/5/2021 08:23 | Gold has moved Up over the weekend and is currently 1853. | 888icb
17/5/2021 06:36 | My main contact believes that the first part of that post was only a rumor, and that cnr will not divide the associates but negotiate with the cooperative. Imposible to have a clear picture bcs land negotiations have been quiet for months. Certainly there are risks, but cnr looks confident to be able to resolve them.all. All good from where I can see. 16/5/2021 22:22 | Bravo Book5 , I remember your post now , fingers crossed for some stunning assays . | bomber13
16/5/2021 18:52 | Thank you book5. Just re-read your post 4595. The whole situation makes more and more sense to me. To me it appears that many of the low-hanging fruits (toll milling, giving away parts of Cacao in ecchange to land in La India etc) have not been collected because our management, by using the sovjet information from Mr Gomes, is aware that they would give away far too much. The goal of 5 Moz M&I resources and a 150-200 koz p.a. production is absolutely realistic. This is better than I ever thought. | oldiegoldie
16/5/2021 18:33 | book5 Thanks for that post and certainly looks like some of the rumours are spot on. Looks like there could be a win win for all. Now if we have the extra resources, and we know First Majestic have done due diligence on us, and we know First Majestic is diversifying a bit away from Mexico....and I'm sure they would want to be part of 3m to 5m oz....jv to start with a kicker to take a bigger stake when a lot of things are proved up....IMHO | goldrush

16/5/2021 12:48 | Mark's presentation on Thursday has certainly given us is a whole confluence of imminent shareprice catalysts . And of those catalysts , I would say that Cacao is now gaining huge importance . Indeed , Friday's Q1 RNS from Condor actually declared it as a 500/- oz target for the first time in print . Given that the drilling programme is only half done , and that no assays have come back as yet , this is surely telling us that Condor is super confident of what it has got . And could what Condor has got at Cacao be even bigger than La India itself ? La India is a 1.2km by 500 metre strike that is open at depth for a total resource of 1.3m oz at 3.5g/t . Cacao is at least a 3km strike with vein thicknesses as good as the best intersections at La India with similar textures and evidence of stockwork . Mark Child also indicated on Thursday that they were already on their third or fourth 100 metre step out on the prospect , so there seems every reason to hope that Cacao could be as wide as La India as well ? If depth extensions at La India , America and Mestiza can get Condor over the 3m oz resource threshold , as illustrated in Thursday's presentation , I wonder whether Cacao could get Condor nearer the 5m oz threshold all on its own ? | bomber13
15/5/2021 21:30 | Let's see if First Majestic come up with some money to get them a 20% holding with an Option for another 5% or so giving them around 28% in total. | goldrush
15/5/2021 20:34 | @book5 not sure if the scenario you describe with Calibre is feasible. The problem with giving shares to Calibre in return to receiving capital is that you have to find those shares somewhere and Calibre has to find the capital somewhere. Ultimately you have to issue shares creating dilution. At a current MCAP of CNR around 80M£ this could be quite painful. And if we have to dilute, why not using the money ourselves and run the project? | oldiegoldie
15/5/2021 18:45 | Is MC going to Nicaragua to cut a deal? We will need to raise equity, If I were MC, I would offer to Calibre to become a shareholder for whatever financing we need, and ask him in return a toll mining agreement. That way dilution would be small. Lets see what happens. We are a nice cake and my guess is Calibre, FM, local business men, etc want a piece of the equity or/and contracts to build the plant, and to transport ore. imho all looking very good dyor | book5
15/5/2021 17:33 | Cheers diggy, just had a good read of the 26 pages. Not great to read about the unforeseen currency translation differences seeing a loss of around £400,000! That's a lot. Actually we were at a loss of just over £900,000 from this first quarter rather than £500,000. | sherwood58
15/5/2021 15:24 | They explicitly say they will need to raise cash in the 1q results commentary. So if the savers price does run to 75, as it maybe should do, prepare for someMore dilution I guess. | diggybee
15/5/2021 11:27 | I agree, 75p is a realistic target based on the chart pattern. Let's see if it transpires. | bikwik
15/5/2021 09:28 | Mestiza drilling has started If there is a geologist out there I have a photo of one of the extracted cores | book5
15/5/2021 08:42 | Diggybee, good question. At the end of mark they had £6.3m. The sag mill purchase happened mid march and looking at the rns and numbers, they wouldn't had paid for that. The part payment of $3.5m equals £2.5m so that leaves just over £3.5m. Not sure whether the drilling on cacao was paid for upfront. We've spent £0.5m in the first 3 months. Obviously no idea on upcoming costs, but at that rate we'll have about £2m at the end of the year. I reckon that £2m will be eaten up with all the studies etc. I hope the fundraise for the construction etc which will be announced later this year will cover ongoing costs. | sherwood58
15/5/2021 08:06 | I'm glad I bought more when the shares were languishing at 45p. You cannot go wrong by following the example of the company directors, who know more than anyone else about the business they run, when they buy more shares themselves. First Majestic also gave everyone a heads up when they paid 50p to buy their holding, following their due diligence. Condor are busy de-risking the project with the drill bit to prove up a resource of 5 million ounces of gold and silver. The penny has started to drop and investors are slowly starting to realise the potential here for a re-rate in the share price. I wouldn't be surprised to see it around 75p soon. Jim Mellon is the largest shareholder and is in charge of strategy. | davidspringbank
15/5/2021 03:49 | They're going to need to raise cash again soon? | diggybee
14/5/2021 23:52 | Nice chart work! Are you able to make a price prediction off the back of that?In other words if your chart is correct and we are breaking upwards what is the target share price for the breakout? | ryesloan
14/5/2021 22:52 | Thanks BIKWIK - here’s hoping we see a big breakout very soon. With more good drill results due that could well be a catalyst. Can I also mention that the gold price chart also looks fabulously bullish.. Great ending the week on a high like that.. Perhaps the stars are finally aligning here!! Regards, T2020 | tester2020 |
