16 December 2020 Condor Gold Plc (“Condor”;, “Condor Gold” or the “Company”;) Driving Towards Production - Condor Gold Commences Initial Site Preparation at Mina La India Condor Gold (AIM: CNR; TSX: COG) is pleased to announce that it has commenced initial site preparation at the location of the processing plant facility at Mina La India, Nicaragua. This includes the main plant access road from a regional paved highway to the processing plant, in-plant roads and a bypass road. All key areas for the plant layout from the stockpile area to the crushing and grinding machinery to the leach tanks, a laydown area and warehouse will be cleared. The total area being cleared is 11.26 hectares and is estimated to be completed in 3 to 4 months. It demonstrates Condor’s commitment to developing a clear path to production. Highlights: • Site preparation commences in area of processing plant facility • 11.26 hectares of land being cleared of scrub and trees with any disturbed topsoil being stockpiled separately for future reclamation use • Main access road to plant facility, internal and bypass roads being prepared • ROM Stockpile area, laydown area, warehouse areas to be cleared • The Company has purchased 100% of the land to proceed with construction in this area • Clearing activities will replace trees on a 10 to 1 basis supported by Condor’s tree nursery, which has approximately 7,000 trees Mark Child, Chairman and CEO comments: “The initiation of site preparation at Mina La India marks a significant landmark in the Company’s development as it transitions from a gold exploration and development company to a gold producer. Two viewing platforms over the plant area have already been constructed. 25 geotechnical test pits have been completed to aid with the design of the plant layout. The focus of the initial site preparation is clearing 11.26 hectares of scrub and trees which will host the key areas of the plant from the stockpile area to the comminution circuit, a laydown area, warehouses, main access road and internal roads.” Site Preparation at Mina La India: The site preparation of the processing plant facility is in compliance with laws and regulations applicable in Nicaragua and in line with the conditions of the Environmental Permit to construct and Condor Gold plc 7/8 Innovation Place Douglas Drive Godalming Surrey GU7 1JX Tel: +44 (0) 207 493 2784 CONDOR GOLD PLC. Registered in England and Wales No 5587987 Registered Office: 7/8 Innovation Place, Douglas Drive, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1JX operate a processing plant with a capacity of up to 2,800 tonnes per day and associated mine site infrastructure (see RNSs dated 6 August 2018 and 28 January 2020). Over 25 geotechnical tests pits have been completed, which have aided in the arrangement of the processing plant layout. The initial site preparation includes ground clearance of trees and scrubs, clearing 11.26 hectares of land, and 790 meters of roads are being constructed. The areas being cleared include the construction of a main plant access road from a regional paved highway to the processing plant facility, in-plant roads and a bypass road to minimise traffic through a nearby village. The initial site preparation includes a laydown area for the processing plant equipment, the location of the stockpile area, the processing plant location and warehouses. The site clearance and construction of two viewing areas over the plant location has been completed. The initial stage of site preparation will use local Nicaraguan firms and local labour thereby creating jobs in the local communities. Clearing activities will replace trees on a 10 to 1 basis supported by Condor’s tree nursery, which has approximately 7,000 trees; useable wood will either be repurposed or distributed as cooking fuel for local families. Any topsoil will be stockpiled and retained for future use. A second, more comprehensive stage of site preparation will follow, which will include geotechnical drilling on the location of the SAG or Ball Mill and key infrastructure. It will include deep foundation excavation for the location of the processing plant, offices, accommodation, warehouses etc and will be extended to the tailings storage facility, water retention dam, explosive magazine, offices, accommodation, internal roads and preparation of a berm. It will also include surface water diversion channels, drainage piping and placement of structural concrete. The majority of the designs and detailed engineering in the second stage will be conducted by reputable international firms to both local and international standards.

Have they started cleaning the site on the Chorriado, ahead of the toll mining agreement? I suggested some days ago this may be the case, but I cant confirm its extension. I suspect this rns covers the case of site clearance required for toll mining agreement too, just divert the bulldozer for a week or so. Gla

Exciting Cnr Nicaraguan highest ranking boss on national TV news! 30 mins ago! they say: 75k oz per year, second largest mine in Nicaragua. 95%land (probably an approximation from 93%?) 90%of design already done Https://youtu.be/RdgsM-WrUP4 If true 75koz, what does it mean? May be smaller new plant + toll mining?? Has the plant been agreed? This week We Could do with a rns, hopefully tomorrow 7am, we will be checking it. My main contact is in Managua, as a result I may be missing intellegece. What is the land we are given away to artisanal miners? Looking good Gla

The share price based on past history always seems to drift lower on when there's no news! I guess depending on which way you look at things this will represent a buying opportunity for some. Here's to some more good news soon! ATB & GLA as always!

Volume just 61000 after 3 hours trading and down 1%. We need some more news to retain market interest. It is very difficult to understand this drop below 50p when we are moving on schedule towards production and could get an offer at anytime.

There's not a lot CNR can do about people buying shares on the open market. To issue them in a cash raise would be altogether another matter though.

Update condor site developments: 1st- Information regarding Explotec (source: my main contact’s relatives). Explotec has very recently rented a good house in Santa Cruz de La India for his employees. At the moment they have started doing some maintenance in the house, painting the inside, and putting some electrical cables. Also, during the weekend Explotec has been visiting la India Pit to check where they will start with their work (controlled explosions to break the rock). They are planning to fence some land for their tools and maintenance activities. Explotec machines are practically ready at El Limon. One of the machines has been receiving some maintenance. The explosives are just-in-time distributed from el Limon to the different mines where they work. They are not sure when they will start moving machines to La India, the believe it will be in January. 2nd-I have also asked if cnr is cleaning land above the vein. My contact answered an excavator appears to be cleaning some land on the Chorriado (I believe this is the end of the vein in our main pit), but due the presence of obstructions he does Not have details. This week my main contact is in Managua doing some rotten timber replacement emergency work in his zinc house, his relative will keep us in the loop. GLA Book

What it is known in the village is that the Ortega's family are shareholders, and several cnr's administrative staff are members of the party that supports the goverment. All good Keep the faith, our job is easy, just to wait

They’ve been unable to acquire shares by increasing the price, unable to do so by a wider spread so the next tactic is to frighten sellers with a drop.

The MM’s are just messing with the Ask to move the share price up 1% then down 1%. The bid hasn’t moved from 50p but the Ask has been 54 55 54 and now 53. The buys exceed the sells by more than 2/1 on volume of 105000 after 3 hours trading. I was expecting the share price to reach at least 55p this week to start the triggering of the next warrants. Maybe this afternoon!

I know that feeling very well 'vermilio1966' having bought a fair chunk at £0.57p after our recent high, it's a habit I seem to be an expert at repeating over the years! So much for the posts of £0.60p etc here we come, we seem to struggle getting to and holding £0.50p? Not a moan at anyone just venting personal frustration. ATB & GLA as always.

50p (on the bid) is a really tough nut to crack. It does seem, for reasons unknown at present, this is deliberately being held back. To me that generally means the MM's expect a funding round coming and it has been agreed around these levels - whilst I've no reason to think that, it just smells that way.
