Just one trade so far a buy of 2086 shares. It seems the MM’s have no shares to sell and why is any shareholder going to sell at this price with all the expected news? You would think they need to raise the price to encourage some sellers.

Although in the great scheme of things liquidity is dire. Still trading 2/5 of f all each day. Even on a good day. Anybody who wants to buy a few hundred thousand pounds worth or more has to pay up. So no institutional interest yet. Which is a good thing, for now.

Quite a bit of resistance around the 50p region it seems, the RSI is getting toppy, maybe a small pull back before a push higher based on expected news.

OAP - my understanding is that the 2nd hand plant is Goldcorp Mina Marlin plant sold by Savona equipment ltd based in Toronto (plant still in situ in northern Guatemala about 1000km away from La India). Cost of 2nd hand being about 30% of new I’m estimating..

The plant has a variable drive SAG mill and two ball mills. The variable drive SAG mill could be run at a lower initial throughput rate of 1000-1500tpd to produce 50koz pa of gold. I think it’s max capacity is 3500tpd.. adding in the ball mills could take that to 6500-7000tpd max..

The other ball mills could then be added to plant setup to increase capacity to 120koz for La India pit then up to the eventual 170koz including the underground ore after a couple of years of operation - all funded from free cash flow.

Interestingly Goldcorp ran that plant to produce 207koz of dore at max capacity, so would be an ideal size for La India.

Total costs for initial 50koz setup have been estimated at $40-50M funded 70:30 debt to equity. The debt could be paid back within a year of plant operation.

Oap

Talk was that we could go for a second hand plant from Guatemala with fcc involved in the construction actvities. I believe this is an objective for the first quarter of 2021, so we may not hear breaking news tonight.

But I hope that tonight we hear news of a gold loan linked to current infill drilling, and early toll mining. This would provide us more flexibility to adquire the best plant for us.

Today the cooperative's secretary said to my main contact that the cooperative would like to sell ASAP ideally before Christmas. This contradicts what other member of the cooperative's board said last week who suggested it will be on January 2021. I wonder what is happening behind closed doors...

Looking forward for tomorrow MC update. We could meet all our targets (all land, majority engineering documentation), and add a new one: toll mining plan linked to the o going infill drilling.

Miners would like very much if cnr offers to extract the gold from their mined material.

Looking good

Finally moving Up 1.2% to 49.5p after 36 trades and volume of just 171000. I think the MMs must be very short of stock. 50p has been paid 6 times so far.

Interesting update book5, thanks.. your question... "Question you may ask to Mark? do we need any more land around Mestiza? ..." ?

My understanding is that CNR owns all the land on Mestiza i.e the surface rights for extraction etc.. so no I dont think they need any more there..

Not sure if they have concluded the America open pit land purchases though.. From the announcement yesterday..

""As Condor progresses towards production it has been decided to initiate mine production with high grade starter pits within the permitted main La India open pit and the permitted high grade Mestiza open pit."

My thoughts are - why not the America pit? Is that being held back for the toll milling deal? There is an 80koz resource there - enough for a 2 year deal at 40koz pa..

regards

Land is named "Nance Dulce"
Apparently This is the area the miners are asking to cnr. I would say it is a strong possibility it becomes reality:

Very good for us
Apparently (early rumours say, ) gold is deeper than miners taste, but cnr could help with a excavator.

I will let u know what a hear on negotiations front. Main contact says it will not be a problem for all parts to reach agreement. It would be good to have a pre-agreement this side of Christmas.

Question you may ask to Mark? do we need any more land around Mestiza? ...

All good

That in my opinion is logic.
Also We could buy some land for the miers cooperative too
I am hearing rumours of land towards the west of the India pit (outside our pits)...
