Anybody else getting a nice Sunday evening “butterflies in the stomach” feeling? Been a while since I’ve gotten excited about any of my shares and I think us getting some insight into what’s happening on the ground is a real bonus. GLA as always.

Jim Mellon as well as being the largest shareholder is also a Director so you would imagine he is very confident on the multi bagging to make such a statement. Also very positive that he is committing to buying more share. I would suspect that when the final financing takes place if as we suspect this involves some equity he will at least ensure he maintains his current percentage but may well increase it. Jim and Ross Beatty could easily fund any required further equity and can assist in the meantime by taking up any outstanding warrants they still hold. Exciting times as we approach production and there must be a good chance of offers for the Company.

We will get all the land.
The only question remaining is what land we will partially (first 30m from the surface) give to the miners in exchange for their's. Recently Cnr said in national news we will increase the land allocated for artisanal mining.

I suspect that our costs could increase as consequence of us given some land to the miners.

However we are sitting in a very good gold district, cnr believes we could have up to 5 million oz in our 600 sqkm concessions.

It is very likely that the current local drilling campaing will find more resources that will more than compensate for any concession we give away.

My contact said:
- in Tatiana vein miners used to get 75gr per ton
-in Mestiza 12gr per tone.
-Richest parts of the veins are deeper than 30meters
-Approximately under the local church, and the village in general, the vein is much richer, several meters wide.

In second phase (tunneling) we will reach another 1million oz under our main three pits.

All good, but we need to be patient to short out the jobs for people. Good business are those everybody makes money. We can't leave hundreds of families without wages for months. I expect negotiation with cooperative will take place in January.

Plenty of activity on site, all tallies with what the company is saying.

Looking forward for cnr updates.

BB - I asked this question recently - Mark Child replied:-

Q: Why the delay in purchasing the final 7% of the land at La India? Thanks

A: some of the land owners are asking crazy prices. The Government will help with the remaining 7% that is why I gave the comment yesterday. Read attached [CNR Financial final]. It is a non issue. It won’t stop the mine.

The presentation by MC was recorded in November so I suspect more land may have been acquired since, Mark Child is presenting again on Wednesday at the Shares Magazine online event where he should be live and available for Q&A.

Yesterday Jim Mellon said he would be buying more Condor shares at some point and also said Condor would multi bag.

I have a feeling we may be about to get some news, possibly next week.

Hi,

Watched the presentation yesterday at the investors show and looking to buy in. Concerned regarding the outstanding land (7%?). Can any long termer please tell me what happens should the land owners not actually sell, what are the implications to Condor in this case?

I’ve been in shares before where outstanding issues were “a given” and then did not happen only for the share price to tank. So interested in any comments as to the implications should Condor not be able to buy the remaining land.

Regards, BB2.

I have video od the drilling subcontractors on their 4x4 vehicles. I anyone wants to watch it I can post it.
Tatiana vein is the one with the highest grade, miners used to get 75gr per tone, now under heavy security.

Book5 - yep the presentation was made last month, so probably doesn’t reflect the exact latest position on the ground now. I think CNR owns all the America land, but you may be right about still needing to buy some land at Mestiza..

OAP - without a toll deal, yes it’s 18 months to 2 years until first production from their own plant.. but I do think a toll deal with either Calibre or Mako or both is in the offing.. the potential parameters of a toll deal are in the WH Ireland note that was released recently..

I am surprised that the comparison of the last two presentations shows only an additional 2% of land has been bought. September presentation says 9% of land remaining, today one says 7%. But I believe in recent videos MD says 93%??? (no sure) of land has been bought.

In the village the only land we need to buy is the cooperative's.

The land of the cooperative, and the former land of the old lady, are of comparable size (around say between 20 to 30 manzanas).

I wonder what the area of the 7% of remaining land is. If it is more than 30 manzanas (21 hectares) then there is more land we need to buy somewhere else, may be around the Mestiza.

I believe to remember that a rns said before we owned all land on the Mestiza pit. However, perhaps we need to buy some land around the Mestiza pit? That land is far away from the village, and no so well known by my contacts.

Perhaps there is an error in today presentation and the company issues a correction next week. Let's see.
Perhaps cnr wants to delay the reporting on the proguess? No idea.

I thought we had already acquired 93% of the surface rights previously, or has someone spiked my water?

Now 93% of surface rights acquired instead of 91% previously.
Confirms book5 statements with regard to the lady selling a few days ago.

A director of the cooperative told my contact that any concession CNR gives to the cooperative will be limited to the first 30 meters in depth.
This makes sense from the safety point of view, and it means that CNR would not be renouncing to the resources than are below that level.
Still no news in regards what land the cooperative is asking for, there is not consensus among my contacts, so I classify them as rumours.

DiggyBee, you are talking about where the share price will end up. Either nothing or £2+
It's on a long journey which is not unusual for junior miners.

Kind of odd. It is either worth nothing or north of 2 quid. 100% for sure wafting around 40-50p is the incorrect price!
