Thank you for your insight, Septblues. The basic principle here is that integrating the parts is a non-trivial exercise, Sure, it can be and oftentimes is frustrating and it’s fair game to have a go at the board and/or individuals involved. I think that’s predominantly where we are here with regard to this bb. I don’t have a problem with that and don’t filter anyone – never have. On the contrary, some of the comments here are laugh out loud funny and we could all do with a bit more laughter in our lives!

Challenging times, no doubt. In the US, many celebrate because the debt ceiling is lifted and once again spend, spend, spend is the mantra. Meanwhile, interest rates are rising because of ‘inflation.217; Could there be a link? Let’s not go there as we don’t want to undermine said celebration.

Besides the obvious metrics (is there any gold there?), commercial negotiations can be a real pain in the proverbial. From personal experience I recall expending an extraordinary amount of time and effort negotiating one deal. That deal took a year to materialise and the sticking points were warranties and indemnities (the claw back mechanisms), environmental issues, government regs and so on. That is, nothing to do with the primary product. Again, let’s not go there as the ‘DiggyBee̵7; type of mentality is what rules this bb. Maybe that’s how it should be. Good day, all.

Today news, nic gov confiscates assets from a successful entrepreneur and takes away his nationality



Without notifying to the entrepreneur the government took his case to a corrupt court. The court judgement was issued yesterday

Progressively I speak less and less with my contacts because there is not much to speak about, there are NOT news from cnr or the coop.

i heard back in Christmas this will be closed down by June if not buyer is found

Because we have not spend a penny in buying new land, the remaining cash should probably last till Christmas to pay fewer salaries, and licences (less than $400K per year?).
Hold on,! We could sell the mill , or the biscuits, just joking :)


if and when we own all the land, or when MC buys in volume, this may be offer a trading opportunity.
Also, if Ortega and Murillo regime collapses through a peaceful political transition.

still we keep some shares, and as always, tracking CNR for that elusive trading opportunity, ....patience is required
