They are well aware of everything, but they are paid for making positive comments and brushing off negative comments.

I'm not attacking you but am trying to understand why you post so often the way you do with apparently moving persona. Even more curious as we're trying to get the best price.

My only involvement with the company is as a shareholder - arms length through a broker. Never had nor ever will have any other contact with the company. I'm not an insider in this nor any other. It's a simple buy and sell and currently in this its watching the company trying to sell its assets for the best price through the best brokers.

I don't consider the land an issue - that's easily dealt with in the purchase agreements. I think it's an irrelevance and tiny. But it obviously occupies the minds of those that are closer to it.

I never said anything about book5 being head of finance - he did.

book5's English moves chameleon like and camouflaged - why disguise it

book5, if correct, demonstrates insider knowledge of discussions and contracts

book5 has said that MC knows him

book5 has moved from talking Condor up to talking Condor down - what's the motivation other than supporting the artisanal miners, making money for himself or denying others the ability to make money or the usual range of personal motivations

I therefore conclude he's somewhere in the information chain.

He's said he's not a fund manager or broker

He's said he's not working for the company - but may have been and still has insider knowledge.

He's said that he's a mechanical engineer and in South East England, and has a young family.

He's said he has family as artisanal miners.

book5 appears very keen to place all the negatives in the public domain for a buyer to consider and use

Corrientes, I meant it seriously.
When CNR files bankruptcy, the remaining assets will be sold for a real bargain. Any potential buyers could now get themselves informed by the CNR sales team as long as it still exists, but not buy anything directly now. They rather wait for the company to lose its breath, subsequently collecting the remaining parts for cheap.
