28/5/2023 11:09 | I have lost count of how many universities, old people houses, ong’s assets, and private properties that have been confiscated / expropriated ld for whatever reason. Now even the Catholic Church bank accounts have been frozen at national level, this include the local churches accounts. Police has and is putting priests in prison . No dissidence is allowed. Police is framing with false evidence anyone they (government ) want to take their assets away and thrown them to prison. People are scared, government can do as they want, the Russians is training the government in mass control. Nicaragua is courting Russia, and China for their support. Hopefully it does not sell us short to them. Ortega believes mines need to be run by foreign companies how will the USA politicians respond to this new provocation of freezing the catholic church’s accounts? I will keep u in the loop. Since last week I am Running with free shares in calibre. I am sad about it but scare where all this will end up. Still we own some cnr shares that we will keep to the end. I will try to buy more cnr if we buy the rest of the land. Gla | book5
28/5/2023 07:06 | I think some of you will only get out of their state of denial once the company files for bankruptcy. I said this before, the insights into human brain wiring are just astonishing. How can you still believe in this after 1,5 decades of unfulfilled promises? | oldiegoldie
28/5/2023 05:52 | I love all the negativity written by the usual suspects on here. Most dont hold any shares and wont make a dime when this goes - i have filtetred a lot of them as i cant justify wasting time reading their endless drivel. Posts by people like DDD are extremely educational and i am very grateful to learn from them - it is value added time for me. When this goes i expect to do very well out of it - but then again i do actually own shares in the company! Have a great Bnk Holiday weekend everyone - bashers and all:-) | redprince
28/5/2023 04:32 | 888 I think your nickname must be galaxy? As in you live in a galaxy far far away? A mind bending, time bending, land bending, reality bending 888 galaxy. Or galaxy 888. It must be a lovely place. | diggybee
27/5/2023 23:52 | Just saw this on another bb and thought it would be appropriate to post it here: STOCK BASHING This scheme is usually orchestrated by online message board posters (a.k.a. "Bashers") who make up false and/or misleading information about the target company in an attempt to get shares for a cheaper price. This activity, in most cases, is conducted by posting libelous posts on multiple public forums. The perpetrators sometimes work directly for unscrupulous Investor Relations firms who have convertible notes that convert for more shares the lower the bid or ask price is; thus the lower these Bashers can drive a stock price down by trying to convince shareholders they have bought a worthless security, the more shares the Investor Relations firm receives as compensation. | 888icb
27/5/2023 13:19 | Not if the "landowner" is a notorious liar who probably doesn't even own his own socks. | zangdook
27/5/2023 12:33 | Some random bloke started digging up my garden earlier. I had to point out to him the I owned all of the land. He said "fair enough governor, your land your rules" and he left immediately. That's how it is supposed to work isn't it ? | dexdringle
27/5/2023 09:08 | Condor has stopped giving “right of way” through la mestiza to around 70 miners. For them it will be much harder to reach their land to mine gold. Now only two groups working in La Mestiza (cnr’s land); they have political “weight” No news respect coop’s land Is the plan B a toll deal from la mestiza to raise cash for mini production facilities ? Let’s see what happens, imho news are coming by end of June the latest | book5
26/5/2023 19:38 | No idea what price is right. If a potential buyer is not able to build a mine in the coming 3-5 years either, it‘s a more or less worthless piece of land. | oldiegoldie
26/5/2023 17:18 | oldie agree, still they may buy a large % the company for say $40 million to finance part of the construction?. regards | book5
26/5/2023 17:12 | @book Since when are investment funds directly buying mining assents? They dont make their hands dirty, the invest in companies competent to dig the stuff out of the ground. they might still come and pay a visit to the nicaraguan hookers if Mark pays the bills 😂😂 | oldiegoldie
26/5/2023 17:03 | 88888888888. Why do you think that the market cap is ridiculously low out of interest? Given the management incompetence, the geography and "events" I would say it is even possibly a little high. | diggybee
26/5/2023 16:51 | Book5 do you use +-5% or+-10% moving average for your predictions? | septblues
26/5/2023 16:25 | there are not firm offers that have been declared IMHO it seems that MC phoned potential buyer in the USA, probably and investment fund in gold miners, and they said they would be keen to hear more if they pay the fly fees and expenses to la India from that innocent phone call, MC made the case we have a new potential buyer spin spin spin which is part of the life of a ceo in aim all part of the game, still my prediction, with lots of luck in the gold price, is between 26 and 27p, JM breaking point | book5
26/5/2023 16:22 | Zankdook, of course you are spot on, this is the reason why they sell the asset: Driving the max cash out via consultancy fees or other financial stunts, leaving a hollow shell called CNR lying dead on AIM cemetery This is also the reason why they will give it away for any price. Having 50M in the bank and getting rid of a problematic asset in a problematic country is still better than having nothing. After the last family lending to keep the train rolling a few months more I believe the big boys now really want to end this nightmare. | oldiegoldie
26/5/2023 16:04 | The company is not for sale. It has a chairman-shareholder named after a fruit who has deliberately chosen to sell the asset. I'd be prepared to bet he's largely motivated by a wish to redeploy a large part of the cash, beyond his own share, to some other project, which he can't do if the company is sold. I filtered 888 long ago, but I don't remember him having any sort of relationship with logic. | zangdook
26/5/2023 15:57 | Sorry but I don’t get your logic. Let’s assume for a moment that putting the asset for sale (and not the company) attracts more potential buyers. Then there is a bidding process and you suggest the potential buyers would only consider buying the company and not the asset AFTER the share price has gone up?? No, in reality a potential buyer willing to spend 50-100M will be informed enough about the discrepancy between price of the asset alone and price of the company comprising said asset. Why should he want to buy the company, only after it became more expensive?? —> Sorry, but your case does not make any reasonable sense. If somebody finds La India interesting and wants to have it for little money, they would offer a takeover. The asset not being sold now means that the bids MUST be below the current company valuation (meaning significantly below 50M) | oldiegoldie
26/5/2023 14:48 | Mark has flagged the possibility of the company being sold instead of an asset sale. The decision to sell the assets was to focus on the value of the gold rather than the ridiculously low market cap. It was also suggested that the asset sale would allow a higher number of bidders than if it were a company sale. I would suggest that once a bid or bids arrive for the assets it will move the share price substantially higher whereupon they will decide to bid for the company itself as that will be a much cleaner way of doing it. | 888icb
26/5/2023 14:01 | Wait 888 I think there is a misunderstanding: I am of course also of the opinion that CNR should better be sold now, but - the whole company should be sold and not only the asset and - they will accept a lower price in a few months. Buyers are probably less in a hurry than CNR to sell | oldiegoldie
26/5/2023 13:57 | If you are interested to find out why your comments at 11) are misleading I suggest you watch this YouTube interview with one of Condor’s former large shareholders Ross Beaty: “ ROSS BEATY, LUMINA GOLD | RCTV Interview at Pre-PDAC 2023 889 views 2 mo ago …..more a Red Cloud TV 8.78K” He is a legend in the gold industry and explains why selling Lumina to a much larger gold company is the correct approach for Junior explorers. Listen and learn from someone who has done it several times before as well as founding a number of gold majors. The strategy to sell rather than go to production themselves is the correct one. | 888icb
26/5/2023 12:23 | My full reply to all points of Dictumdedicto: 1) agree. Implicitly Dictumdedicto seems to agree that Mark and friends are incompetent in mining 2) agree, but at what price? 3) Disagree 4) quite a low multiple actually, compared with other Junior Explorers. CNR is Not “dirt cheap” as some try to suggest. 5) Complete nonsense. 6) Disagree, I think POG is stabilising 7) Confusion of share deal/asset deal, confusion of CNR and La India 8) agree 9) the market is always right 10) “future value in its potential” - what?? Pseudo philosophical nonsense just as 5) 11) Disagree. They are selling because they are unable to build the mine. They will ultimately sell at any price or dilute once more when they run out of cash in a few months | oldiegoldie
26/5/2023 12:18 | Why would somebody but the asset if he can buy the whole company for half? | oldiegoldie
26/5/2023 12:17 | If you are an investor rather than a trader the only prediction that matters is the eventual sale price which imho will be more than double the current share price | 888icb |
