If you are an investor rather than a trader the only prediction that matters is the eventual sale price which imho will be more than double the current share price

If I were negative about a share I am invested in, I would be stupid.

And I think my past predictions have by far the highest approval rate by reality.

At least you made some comments on what he said even if it was just the ones you disagreed with. To turn your words back on you, you are not a very competent poster and frequently mislead on purpose. As you are not currently invested in CNR you have a clear interest in deramping or why are you spending your time being negative about a share your not invested in.

I read the posting from Dictumdedicto on LSE this morning.
He calls himself “ a fairly experienced investor”̷0;
…but he completely misses the difference between a share deal and an asset deal (see point 7). He confuses CNR and La India.
Also point 9 is wrong. La India is for sale because CNR does not manage to develop it themselves.
Regarding the statement on POG, I posted here a few days ago that I disagree. I think POG has peaked and will Slide sidewards the next few years. POG was never the problem for CNR, as the broker valuations some years ago were calculated with ca 1200 POG and still very positive.
Not very competent poster IMHO or alternatively misleading on purpose

What will he say when he gets a one-off 5p dividend and one share in an unrelated but equally hopeless Mellon vehicle in return for each share in CNR?

You're the one who's pathetic 888ICB, but I suppose you have no other way to respond to the patent evidence right in front of your own eyes.

If this was a normal transparent company, at this stage in the proceedings the share price would be doing the reverse of what's actually happening.

Don't give up your ramping though, as it'll be amusing to see how many more tales you can spin out of this debacle.

He doth protest too much. Someone who is not invested in Condor who is addicted to deramping on this board. If it’s not OG it’s clearly someone on this bb who has just decided to register 2 identities on lse in the last few days to deramp with the sort of drivel that you lot talk to each other. It’s pathetic and not very effective for your trading as there is so little price movement or volume.

Uh, negativity now also arising on LSE. BenBen88 bringing in some realistic views. Nowhere to hide for Marks paid ramping troops 😂
And NO, I am not BenBen88.

Thanks for keeping him distracted. Who knows how much more damage he might have caused.

It's arguably still your money, OG, unless you got out with a profit.

Master InvestorToday
The question at the end about the sale process and any plan B was what we were all waiting for. I thought Mark was very upbeat about the process and its progress. The new slide he had put in making the case for the possibility of 12.5 million ozs is clearly something to show prospective buyers. It is also good that a major investor from the US had asked to join the process last week and is doing so.

4 non binding bids still in place and 3 parties have been on site in Nicaragua.

They expect to sell but making it very clear it’s not going cheap because Jim Mellon won’t let it go cheap and would continue to finance it in the unlikely event that they needed a planB.

Mark stated that the way of the gold mining world is that explorers close to production get bought by the bigger players.

He mentioned the Newmont deal where the worlds largest Gold miner is buying the third largest and this M&A at the top is already trickling down to the junior level.

Mark is obviously very limited in the amount of detail he can give because of stock exchange rules but within those constraints is able to paint a very positive picture

There will also not be any news. How often did we have this rinse and repeat in the last years? It makes no difference if you read postings from 2006, 2010, 2015 or 2023 on this BB, it’s always the same - and the salaries are paid at the end of the month with our (well, not any more, now it’s only your) money

Hummingbird just announced that first pour will be due soon - by end June.

Guinea mine (Kouroussa mine) will be their 2nd producing mine - they already have one in Mali (Yanfolila mine) - production guidance for Yanfolila, Mali of 80,000 - 90,000 oz this year. The Guinea mine is even better and will get them to 200,000 oz+ Its been two years into building it.

You see the difference between this horse and Hummingbird's!?

A 325000 trade has just gone though at 30p which probably explains why someone on another bb said they couldn’t buy. But while the 2 small preceding trades at 30p were shown as buys this one is down as unknown. We have seen a few of these large trades recently often shown as unknown. The trend is up so they are mostly likely buys. Currently Up 1.7% at 30p
