Product Announcement
Security Enhancements
Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer boards for critical applications, is pleased to announce a range of products to help customers improve the security of their solutions.
The Company now offers a factory fitted, latest version Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 as an alternative build option to the original TPM 1.2 device for all customers using operating systems based on Windows(R) 10 or recent versions of Linux(R). The TPM 2.0 will be available on all new boards and across a wide range of existing boards.
Concurrent Technologies Plc is also now marketing specific security capabilities as separate utilities. Initial examples include Unified Extensible Firmware Interface based Secure Boot and Sanitization capabilities that are compliant to the US Defense Security Service standards.
These new technologies in conjunction with the flagship Guardian Security package strengthen the Company's suite of hardware, firmware and software packages to meet the three key security aims of customers; preventing unauthorized use of secure equipment; preventing unauthorized access to sensitive data and allowing sensitive data to be purged on-demand.
Glen Fawcett, CEO, Concurrent Technologies Plc, commented:
"Concurrent Technologies is committed to responding to the requirements of its customers and the wider market. As security has become increasingly important, we have continued to enhance our hardware, firmware and software security offerings to meet the demanding features our customers need for their markets and applications."
