23/2/2017 08:29 | Ve Interactive have done a 1:100 split of their share capital. So CHA's 16,000 shares are now 1,600,000 shares as of 18th Feb I believe. Just an FYI. Also appears that Stuart Chambers is still just 'senior advisor' to the company and current timetable (according to FT source) is that he 'joins' end March as "He’s waiting for a number of “development plans” to complete before he formally ascends to the position of non-executive chairman" | dusseldorf
22/2/2017 06:59 | Solo... thanks for that. So the VE investment was more calculated than I thought then. Also worth noting Andrew black was invested in VE from October 2015 | codeine1
22/2/2017 06:54 | Thanks SWIZZ Codeine there are no time limits on CHA it came in under the old AIM rule of £3m cash in the kitty | solarno lopez
21/2/2017 22:43 | Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe CHA was running out of time to make an investment as there are rules to time limits on making an investment..Having said that I think VE investment has more to it than meets the eye. If it is indeed a simple case of selling on the shares for multiples of the capital then fair enough. I don't buy CA has let it go to pot but news flow is poor..JJ I've jumped BB as opinions and research are not welcomed by some. | codeine1
21/2/2017 20:45 | ve have some reputational problems at the moment, others have alluded to board changes. They have certainly been bullish about their market penetration, and the FT appears to enjoy puncturing their balloon. However, in tech, since when is realism worth anything! my own hope is that CA has not been sitting on his hands, and is back trying to sort out some sporty stuff that a VE flotation will enable. but like manuel in fawlty towers, "i know nothing" | jjcamargo
21/2/2017 17:28 | yes, if not though you end up holding illiquid paper and everything else has to wait. Like us! | jjcamargo
21/2/2017 17:23 | it sounds good and very simple if the winds are in your favour | solarno lopez
21/2/2017 17:18 | i had always thought that was the plan, delayed by headwinds. Buy for 4m, sell for 20m, then proceed to do who knows what | jjcamargo
21/2/2017 17:05 | Of course they coudl sell their holding in Ve when it floats, take the profit and buy in to growth opportunity | solarno lopez
21/2/2017 17:02 | Good find duss. I noticed they also have an update on companies house recently. | codeine1
21/2/2017 14:47 | Interesting, whilst it's not yet in use on the topline domain (simply used for re-directing), it would appear Ve Interactive have bought 've.com' domain back in November - Presumably a pre-cursor to heading stateside. That will have cost them several hundred thousand possibly £1m+. | dusseldorf
21/2/2017 13:11 | It needs moving hahahah | solarno lopez
21/2/2017 13:04 | The aforementioned tweet dialog: Doc Holiday @DDS_DocHolid #CHA cha cha, for crying out loud @sportschris don't hold investors in suspense for 6months. Get focusing on your own company too 😊😜 2 replies 1 retweet 1 like chris akers@sportschris @DDS_DocHoliday appreciate your frustration and we are working hard behind the scenes on other deals to get CHA moving again | dusseldorf
21/2/2017 12:37 | Good to see Doc holiday on twitter calling akers out. News flow is poor and akers really needs some pressure from us holders. I've had my say... | codeine1
21/2/2017 09:47 | Duss.. secondary market is exactly what I'm referring too. I don't think the game is over just yet. For now it's dead but there is certainly slow loading up going on. | codeine1
21/2/2017 09:44 | Perhaps ve go public in US and there's some form of secondary market on AIM via CHA. Not convinced about that. One thing is clear though, that Akers has yet to put his own money into CHA unlike everyone else he convinced to partake. | dusseldorf
21/2/2017 09:32 | Solo. Agree with the yolo comparison but at least they have a product. Imo not a good one. Stuart chambers at ve does strike me as quite a big move considering his previous arm deal he closed. I wonder if akers n Co brokered the deal to get him in. I also wonder if there is more at play here than us just relying on ve to go public. Just my 2 pence. | codeine1
20/2/2017 14:29 | This will likely end up now like Yolo a damp squib | solarno lopez
20/2/2017 14:21 | Ever since Akers and his chums fell out big style which led to a deal and the share price being complete screwed | solarno lopez
20/2/2017 14:12 | you gotta laugh as the price falls | solarno lopez
20/2/2017 13:50 | Alternatively its a number of mug punters, a bit like me who thinks there is value here. | solarno lopez
20/2/2017 09:25 | The loading up continues... | codeine1
20/2/2017 08:32 | Interesting early buys this morning | solarno lopez |
