18/1/2017 10:03 | Let the bolly catch up | jjcamargo
18/1/2017 09:54 | Topped up at 0.7 with another 100k, had to do fill or kill though as couldn't buy online, which seems bizarre given the listed drop | dusseldorf
17/1/2017 07:57 | wide spread... deter buying? | jjcamargo
16/1/2017 17:23 | Yes - interesting. Rose just at the bell. I can see 1p here shortly. Hang on to your shares. | philjeans
16/1/2017 16:34 | Buying today did not really justify the rise, perhaps something brewing.... | dusseldorf
16/1/2017 15:34 | Can sell 1,000,000 at 0.661, bodes well. | dusseldorf
12/1/2017 10:42 | Thanks Dussy and I can but hope | solarno lopez
12/1/2017 09:46 | solarno - all hope is not lost as the CEO also stated: is in talks with investment banks including Goldman Sachs about a multi-billion-dollar float in New York later this year, but is also considering other institutional funding options. So perhaps the last bit is Akers whispering in his ear | dusseldorf
12/1/2017 09:43 | To be balanced you should also read this. Although I think the writer has got it in for the company for some reason. | the shuffle man
12/1/2017 09:34 | A long way from the ramped high of 7p and unlikely ever to get back there ..ah well another day another dollar | solarno lopez
12/1/2017 09:29 | Good spot The Shuffle Man. This bit is confirmation of what we suspected: Ve’s last investment round valued it at $2.7 billion, making it a unicorn company – a tech start-up with a $1 billion price tag. It values (pre dilution of new equity in Ve), CHA's stake at £8-9m. If it goes for a e.g. $5bn float in US with no further equity CHA's stake could be worth in region of £13-15m, or 0.9p/share in CHA. Not sure how CHA could extend the relationship in this IPO in US perhaps it was the intended end game for CHA's involvement in Ve. | dusseldorf
12/1/2017 08:53 | Ve looking to float later this year. | the shuffle man
10/1/2017 11:44 | Thanks Dussy | solarno lopez
10/1/2017 11:42 | the 224k today was me, just rounding up. | dusseldorf
05/1/2017 10:08 | come on cha, many have been underwater long enough now! | jjcamargo
15/12/2016 07:53 | which part interests you solo? | jjcamargo
14/12/2016 13:37 | interesting statement in the latest announcement | solarno lopez
12/12/2016 17:20 | At 0.4% we're just a small fish at present - I don't think our stake guarantees anything. I can't see Ve going public for a while yet, though it would be great to be wrong and CHA be the vehicle for such a listing. Did anyone attend the AGM and ask questions? | dusseldorf
12/12/2016 16:33 | This may answer your question Dussy its taken from the interim accounts As such we see Ve as being ideally suited to public markets at some point either subsequent to or simultaneously with a more traditional equity backed fundraising led by an established banking institution. The Board, having met with certain of its key supportive shareholders such as Andrew Black and Nigel Wray are therefore delighted that Concha has been able to secure an early engagement in what it believes will be an exciting chapter in V's development. | solarno lopez
12/12/2016 16:26 | Until Ve has another funding round, it is £4m, but numbers floated earlier in the year had a valuation at a 100%-200% premium to where CHA entered - so we could be looking at £8 - 12m which would make the rest of CHA worthless - which is about right at present. Ve Interactive aside - What is Akers doing since the main event stalled 1 year ago? Buying a stake in a company without a listing doesn't really constitute a business model. No updates on anything for a long time. | dusseldorf
12/12/2016 16:18 | In fact we own .43% of the company therefore the £40m comes back to £4m and the cha market cap is £11m.!!!!!!!!! | solarno lopez
12/12/2016 16:10 | Wish I knew although from across the desk the answer came back £40m but that assumes we own 4% of Ve | solarno lopez |
