For those who want financial exposure to Ve they have to buy CHA......but not many people seem to realise that !!

So AGM today. No news of that former ARM chairman joining the company, I guess it was false.

they did drop a "no reason" rns last time, if memory serves at the beginning when it went to about 1p. Instead of the usual crash, it just kept going.

For some considerable time someone or a group have been buying in lumps of 1 m to 3m without really disturbing the share price.

Such activity is completely the opposite of last year when the price was being pushed ever higher by large buys which should have prompted the usual announcement ...we know of reason for the increase in the share price. The announcement never came because it would have been a lie !

So are the 'guys' acting cautiously this time around head of a deal.

I think they are !

Will do, just waiting for a SIPP transfer from an old pension fund. Am tempted to go to the AGM in Dec.

Can sell 750,000 at mid price

Tickling the upper side of the bollinger band, macd turning up - I feel a touch of price strength returning.

solarno - we only own a small piece of the pie - if Ve fundraise and we don't participate, it gets smaller, however I don't think we're done with them yet. Just want some form of update from the co. on the future.

I guess Ve are moving ahead with their next funding round - hence heavy weight CEO (which was to be at a significant premium to last from what I remember), which would put CHA's investment on a good footing. Just wish there was some update from company on future direction - unless we also are participating/involved with the next phase of Ve's development

I see Chris Akers has even tweeted about it:

The former chairman of ARM Holdings, the British chip designer sold this year in a £24bn deal, is making a rapid return to the technology sector with a new role at a fast-growing software company.

Sky News has learnt that Ve Interactive, which is privately owned, will announce on Monday that it has recruited Stuart Chambers as its chairman.
