Hi Smart_Investor,

I've actually had my eye on this developing for a while now and finally got to buy into what is now Concepta!

I wanted to get in early because of the developments in China, although I don't think that the roll-out in the UK is that far behind. The healthcare industry is notoriously difficult to enter because of all the regulations (rightly so), but from the research i've done, most of the regulatory process are quite similar and so if you crack one, the others will follow - even if they require more thorough testing.

I've also heard that the Lotus proposition has many patents pending.

Right now this is an exciting share and given what Adam Reynolds has done in the past, i can't wait to see what happens in the coming days/weeks

So we will be breakeven in China next year according to the interview above. Thats great to hear for a company only just listed on AIM. We know some companies can take years to break even when they list on AIM. With some never making a profit.

Also reading through the presentation we are expecting payment from China pipeline very soon.

Ok - my starter for 10, a few questions I have about this.

Anyone know the answers?

I note the following line from their RNS’s:
“Defined route to market:
Regulatory approvals for launch in China in place – first order from distributor with payment in advance expected following hospital testing after AIM admission”
The phrase ‘Hospital Testing’ leaps out at me. This raises questions in my mind, especially as it is such a ‘slight’ mention.
1. What Testing?
2. How long will it take?
3. What are the risks that it will ‘fail’?
4. Where will it be?

I would love to know how much the Concepta MyLotus product costs to a typical client. I have been looking for this but can't find it. So that is a question I will be putting to the company at some point. What I do know is the alternative of IVF treatment is very expensive. Roughly £5000 per cycle. Women can sometimes have 12 cycles of treatment. The cost is extortionate but I guess its a small price to pay to bring a new life into the world. Surely this kind of product Concepta is offering to the market is the now the first product any woman should be looking at when going through difficulties in fertility? China now and Europe in roughly 9 months.

This is a quote from Erik Henau (CEO) in todays RNS. I am really excited that we are not going to be a boring newly listed AIM company in the first few months. The company is already set up to capitalise on the Chinese market THIS QUARTER!!! Instant action.

I believe that as they are suspended rather than delisted that there should be an RNS.

In fact there was an RNS on 8th March about the proposed director that also said:

A further announcement will be made on 8 March 2013 to disclose the outcome of the Extraordinary General Meeting. Subject to the appointment becoming effective, that announcement will also include full particulars of the directorships of Mr Woolard.

So I repeat.. Houston ???

Should have gone to Specsavers, landed at Luton. Perhaps saving costs as an RNS is needed on Monday when share trading restarts.

The re-generation possibilities of PVCS have only really come to light recently, when I bought it was purely on the basis of a likely return of cash greater than the then sp, if the remains of the business can be profitable then that's a bonus.

I have also today picked up a small stake in a high risk O&G explorer TRAP they have just started drilling a new well, with another to start soon - not for everyone, but if they find oil.........
