Compass Group PLC (the "Company") announces the following change in the interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 11 1/20 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares"):

On 28 November 2018, Mr John Bryant, Non-Executive Director purchased 6,025 Shares in the Company at an average price of 1,654 pence per Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Bryant's shareholding stands at 6,025 Shares, representing 0.00038% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares).
