NEW EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AS OF JULY 1(st) , 2021

Following the Board of Directors' meeting of February 25, 2021 which decided to appoint Benoit Bazin as Chief Executive Officer as of July 1(st) , 2021, and the Shareholders' General Meeting of June 3, 2021 which decided to appoint him as a Director of Saint-Gobain, Benoit BAZIN announces the appointment of a new management team to lead the Group's growth strategy. As of July 1(st) , 2021, Saint-Gobain's Executive Committee will be composed of:
