The China visit happened last month.

Visit of Councillors from Thanet District Council to China coordinated and
accompanied by directors of CGP

Commercial Group Properties PLC, the AIM-listed property development company,
announces a successful visit in November by Councillors of Thanet District
Council to China coordinated and accompanied by directors of CGP.

Leader Thanet District Council, Cllr. Sandy Ezekiel, along with Deputy Leader
Cllr. Roger Latchford spent four days meeting with companies both in Shenzhen
and Beijing as well as the President of the China-Europe Association for
Technical and Economic Cooperation and the President and Chairman of Chinamex.
A return meeting with the Chairman and President of Chinamex in Thanet is now
planned for early 2008.

The visit, coordinated and accompanied by directors of CGP, was organised and
paid for by Chinamex, which is looking to develop a business centre at Manston
Business Park which is part-owned by CGP.

CGP is in the process of submitting a planning application to Thanet District
Council to develop 1 million sq ft of business accommodation on the Company's
land at Manston Business Park. CGP's planning application will fully develop
the company's current allocated land at the Manston site. The Manston site is
allocated employment land.

No support coming in and no words from the board who seem happy to let the share price go back
to 50p.Still think its a good bet for the future..... if the planned projects work out!
