The Comino deal covers a Universal Housing Transactional system, which manages operational functions, plus a contact manager package, that gives staff immediate access to all relevant tenant information when handling customer calls. Association chief executive Steve Wilson said: "These new hardware and software installations provide a solid foundation from which to introduce new operating procedures that will improve customer service and bring operational efficiencies.
