Someone's certainly clearing out a line at 194. It'll move when that's filled, not before.

Outlook from interims
"
Comino has made clear and substantial progress in the first part of the current
year. This is reflected in current profitability and in sound order books. There
is an encouraging outlook across the Group as a whole.

MINSTER: Big IT boost for homes landlord

A HOUSING association which manages 1,700 rented homes in Peterborough and across the region is launching a major upgrade of its IT systems.

The aim is to improve customer service and performance at Minster General Housing Association.

The project includes installation of new computer servers, giving a 10-fold increase in capacity, and two software packages from Comino, the largest supplier of IT systems to the UK rented housing sector.

The Comino deal covers a Universal Housing Transactional system, which manages operational functions, plus a contact manager package, that gives staff immediate access to all relevant tenant information when handling customer calls.

Association chief executive Steve Wilson said: "These new hardware and software installations provide a solid foundation from which to introduce new operating procedures that will improve customer service and bring operational efficiencies.

"We expect this phase of development to be completed by autumn, allowing us to consider the adoption of further improvements, such as electronic document management and telephone caller identification systems."
