Yes, but aren't they paying 20p per share for them? They could now sell for 37p. Not a bad profit, £143,000 or so between them!!

Think you're missing the point, ip group & farleigh have just paid out to get more stock....thereby increasing their positions. they haven't been handed free stock.

I think it goes both ways ie they cancel one another out.I think they belong to shareholders from SCOOT days ..they cant be redeemed early because of tax.

Looks like it is on its way back to 20p it went up too quickly and vertical there is no support unfortunately on the way back down.
