Release of Project CARS 3
Codemasters (AIM:CMD), the award-winning British video game developer and publisher specialising in high-quality racing games, is pleased to confirm the release of Project CARS 3 today for PlayStation(R)4 computer entertainment system, the Xbox One family of devices including the Xbox One X and PC via Steam.
Developed by Slightly Mad Studios, Project CARS 3 delivers an authentic motorsport simulation with real-world driver assists that cater for all levels of driving experience. The game boasts the biggest car roster in franchise history with over 210 vehicles, including new brands such as Bugatti, Dodge and Koenigsegg. The game also features the Lotus Evija which makes its debut in a video game and takes players to new locations including Tuscany, Havana, Jerez and Interlagos.
Project CARS is one of the franchises that makes up Codemasters' portfolio of racing titles which include DIRT, GRID and the F1(R) series of videogames. The Company will release DIRT 5 from October 16th. The game will be Codemasters' first title on the next-generation consoles.
