well, this is the reason we need to get them to hand the accounts over.
We are still shareholders in a private company.
This needs to be investigated.

It all stinks mate

what isee happening is

1. CCH International gone to the wall and small payout to minority shareholders
2. CCH Germany is thriving and once the 3 years is up Nils will sell the company to a major finance house for hundreds of millions.

we all got shafted and Nils walks away a multi millionaire.

what we should get is cash payout + option on the german Ops ie so many shares for being cheated and ripped off due to fiddling the books and getting caught with the fingers in the till due to the credit crunch.

i hold 17,000 shares at 57p a share i want all my money back TBH but i will be lucky to get a 1/10th in reality

also, took myself off to dubai and whilst walking thru the foyer of a certain
hotel to have dinner at gary rhodes restaurant, guess who's name was on an office
suite plaque.
shame the death penalty is the hangmans noose in dubai

p.s. probably the best meal i have ever had.

we need to see the accounts and work out what happened to the 1$ sale stuff before we know what is or is not a reasonable amount to get. I am not optimistic at the moment.

From e-mail chatter with Fossett we should get something not sure what i would be happy with anything above 10p a share. They had over 6M sterling in the bank prior to this mess.

can't help but notice that all content has disappeared from the website apart from the Abchurch communications details: charlie.jack at abchurch-group.com
All the board members, links to previous accounts etc are gone.

Further update follow confused post above which distrubed me

We are making slow progress, but being August everybody in the Middle East seems to have left for vacation . We will release our audited 2007 figures by the end of August and at that juncture be in a position to release further information into the market and hold an AGM.

hope this helps as we should have a way froward in the next few weeks touchwood

The accounts are now overdue.
