Coca-cola Europacific Pa... Takeover Rumours (CCEP)

Following the takeover of Britvic I was left with the problem of what to replace it with. Bought a few AG Barr but then came across this outfit and fell in love! It’s Headquartered in the U.K. but incorporated in Spain. Quoted in London, Amsterdam, Madrid and New York. It’s a NASDAQ 100 member (Hargreaves will only deal manually via NASDAQ) but is looking to gain entry into the FTSE this year. Historically, trading through London has been light but the Carlsberg/Britvic deal has thinned out the choice of soft drink plays and increased dealing here. One to watch for as this year progresses.
