Cobham plc 2017 Chief Finance Officer (CFO) Buy-out award
CFO Buy-out Awards
Further to the notification on the 24 May 2017 and following the publication of the 2016/17 QinetiQ Annual Report and Accounts we are now able to confirm, the buy-out award to made to David Mellors in respect and reflective of his 2016/7 Annual Bonus award forfeited as part of joining Cobham from QinetiQ, which were made on 14 June 2017.
