The MEH announcement last week...their listing will be cancelled on Monday and they will seek re-admission so CWV can have as much time as they want. I intend to give Bob Antell a ring on Monday:

Mondial English Holdings Ltd

Mondial English Holdings Ltd ("Mondial" or "the Company"), is pleased to
announce that, based on recent detailed negotiations, the Company expect to
secure a transaction in the form of a reverse takeover (RTO) that they believe
will be value creating for all shareholders. Once this RTO has been completed,
it is the intention of the Company to seek re-admission to the AIM market of the
London Stock Exchange.

It is the intention of the Company to update shareholders in greater detail over
the next seven days. This will be done via a further announcement which will be
issued through a regulatory information service, and will also be published on
the Company's website. Shareholders will also receive a copy of this
announcement by post.

As shareholders will be aware, the Company's AIM Admission is due to be
cancelled with effect from 7:00am 28 January 2008.

Doh...just stating what I discovered. I've made more than enough since last Summer to cover my small investment in CWV. 500K at 0.40p - if it comes off then big profits, if it doesn't then 2K loss.

All is not lost it seems...the company can still seek AIM re-admission after Monday as MEH are doing after nearly completing a RTO.

Oh well! it was not fun while it lasted...bought in ages ago at 12.75p..should've got out at stop loss level (about 10pish) when it was obvious no sales were coming thru but didn't... serves me right!

The 27th Jan. is on a Sunday so de-list I would
think will be Monday 28th. That said I think we
will be given a 5 day working notice so look for
an RNS tomorrow or 08:00 Monday.
