24/4/2008 15:28 | double 6. Spot on but they are greedy barstewards so i go for 12p ! | 8trader
24/4/2008 14:09 | Of course, a significant shareholder could have exited - eg. "Scientific Generics" (now SGA) or any other of the four big insti holders. One of their fuel cell partners Acta [ACTA] has seen a big fall in its share price lately, maybe connected, most likely not. I'll spend around £40 driving to Cambridge and back for the AGM next week ... I imagine that's what my shares will be worth by then! EDIT: Garth, Platinum nothing to do with Ceres. Possibly with this, but as they aren't producing ... | jonwig
24/4/2008 13:27 | clearly overdone...........g | eds40
24/4/2008 13:25 | What price big sell ?? My guess - 15p. MM's raking in the buyers. | double6
24/4/2008 13:04 | Ceres dropping quickly too. Do we have a new energy fund in trouble or reducing? Or is this about high platinum prices? | garth
24/4/2008 13:03 | And on that basis would expect a bounce.... | garth
24/4/2008 13:02 | And I can't imagine what bad news there could be..... | garth
24/4/2008 13:02 | Asparks - that would be a fair observation. The fall seems inexplicable without a large sell and in the absence of any bad news. Either a sell or MMs have wind of bad news. What other explanation can there be? | garth
24/4/2008 13:01 | (Online sell now at 19.55p) | double6
24/4/2008 13:01 | Online BUY limits just increased. | double6

24/4/2008 12:58 | Thanks Jon. Must be a big sell order being worked through? | garth
24/4/2008 12:55 | Can easily sell @ 19.25p online - struggling to buy. | double6
24/4/2008 12:52 | Yup: £8.4m at last year end, which is 41p/sh. It will be lower now, but even so! | jonwig
24/4/2008 12:44 | market Cap now approx. 50% of Net Cash ?? | double6
24/4/2008 12:40 | All the reported trades (@ 20p) are after the fall, so I suspect something will appear delayed. I've no idea, Garth, but will be at the AGM next Friday. I doubt they will know either! I suppose they ought to comment after a drop of over 30%. | jonwig
24/4/2008 12:29 | Anyone any idea what has just taken the price down? | garth
14/3/2008 09:23 | ... on 11 March 2008, Tim Curtis, Non-executive Director acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 36p per share. As a result, Tim Curtis is now interested in 20,000 ordinary shares... Moderately encouraging - though non-execs are generally not told everything! He was appointed in Jan 2006 and will become Chairman on 1 April. | jonwig
05/3/2008 07:27 | CMF and ACTA cosied up together at the Tokyo FC Expo. (The only UK-listed ones there.) ACTA MCap £18m, CMF £7.3m, and both have seen better times in their share prices. | jonwig
02/3/2008 14:15 | Straw clutching I know, but further to my previous post, I note that the CMR website has been down for the weekend. Either someone's pressed the wrong button somehere, they can't afford the hosting fee (ho-ho), or maybe there's some new stuff being put up - I guess we'll find out tomorrow. Monday edit: Clutching at straws indeed. Site back up and no immediately obvious changes. Oh well. | elgordo
27/2/2008 21:41 | Tokyo fuel cell expo where CMR are demo'ing as per their RNS of 5th Feb started today and runs through to Friday. I wonder whether we will see at least a press release, or at a stretch even some press coverage? | elgordo
26/2/2008 07:13 | Thanks ElG. Actually, registration at Edison is painless ... they've never contacted me or anything, even by e-mail. | jonwig
25/2/2008 21:54 | Good spot as ever, Jon. No need to register if you don't want to give Edison your details (unfortunately I only noticed afterwards); it's available on CMR's website at "...on its current valuation, CMR looks particularly interesting..." | elgordo
25/2/2008 16:30 | 12 page paid-for research note. Registration is free: | jonwig
22/2/2008 20:15 | Think ACTA will be at the fcexpo but represented by Sumitomo Corp | orm5 |
