31/3/2020 11:30 | PUGUGLY, "Supply chain disruptions to date are minimal and of a short-term nature." I was concerned that this might not have been the case . If any company is in a good position to benefit when things improve it is CML. I note that they gave no figures in relation to their recent acquisition . I asked Chris Gurry about this. He said that no investors were given this info. I hope to see this included in the next results. | roddiemac2
21/3/2020 17:36 | roddiemac2 - I tried to buy but not much stock available and price moved against me too fast - but due to cash position have alerts set if any fall back - You take care and stay healthy. | pugugly
21/3/2020 17:28 | PUGUGLY, Fair comment. I have made some purchases in a couple of stocks in the last few days.I have not bought CML simply because I am overweight in them already. Whilst debt levels are going to cause problems in many companies , CML have no problems in that respect. | roddiemac2
21/3/2020 15:18 | roddiemac2:_ Not suspect just overconfident that the COVID2 storm will pass quickly - In this respect they are in the same guilty catagory as many politicians, wealth and fund mangers in the middle of Febuary - The situation is moving towards meltdown far faster than all but a very few suspected at the beginning of the month - Possibly the knindest interpretation could be that they took the best advice available at the time but the experts have since moved the goalposts. Boris moved his position of Friday. | pugugly
21/3/2020 15:09 | PUg, Are you saying that you think the management of CML are suspect ? | roddiemac2
19/3/2020 07:28 | A reasonably upbeat statement in the current situation - China now back at work. " Despite turbulent times, the Board maintains its belief that the medium to long term growth drivers for our products and services are strong and, underpinned by a strong balance sheet with no debt, continues to expect a firm uplift in the Group's performance as global negative influencers subside." However (imo) this is the calm before the storm - UK looks to be heading into a category 5 hurricane - Lock down - troops on the street - many factories closed so we still have to cross the valley of death - The jouney - if one believes the "experts" may take until the autumn - Thus suspect management may be a little too confident. | pugugly
05/2/2020 16:40 | i do like the company and will buy back in when position is clarified | gilesy
05/2/2020 15:49 | Yes supply chain problems | biteherbutt
05/2/2020 15:01 | I sold out a £3.66 as the near term prospects are not promising, compounded by the virus repercussions on the chinese operations | gilesy
16/1/2020 09:17 | Steadily ticking up....long may it continue! | gozo
26/11/2019 11:46 | PUGUGLY, I have held these for more than a few years, and whilst they have promised much, it has been a rocky road. They do tend to be accurate and conservative with their somewhat brief announcements, so I expect a better second half. | roddiemac2
19/11/2019 07:52 | Not very encouraging - Market already marked down before opening - However "Outlook · Management expectations are for a sequential improvement in sales revenue for the second half year in conjunction with a favourable product mix and tight cost control " BUT how often have we heard these sort of words from many other companies and the expectations have never come to pass At least however they have plenty of cash. | pugugly
22/3/2019 16:15 | Looks like institutional swapsies all at 280p 600,000 shares changed hands today so far. | pugugly
15/3/2019 21:56 | Selling has been confined to PI`s, and in very small trades. It seems all the institutional holders are staying put. In these circumstances it takes very little to drop the price.--- gilesy , your timing looks good . | roddiemac2
15/3/2019 12:27 | bought more shares today as I think the sell off is overdone | gilesy
