14/5/2018 20:48 | O/THi Micro, Not currently in WEY as I firstly reduced some at good times before Xmas but sold the rest in low 20's when I had a spring clean of several stocks a couple of months back (I wanted to double down on a couple of oil stocks particularly, so far so good there!)If WEY dives much further I will have to consider a re-entry trade there! I still intend to keep the main header updated as I feel a commitment to the contributors plus I still see the long term case for that business. I guess I got lucky given the latest swoon by WEY.Apologies for O/T.Are you in CML Micro, Micro? :) | bones
14/5/2018 15:17 | o/t: Apologies all; quick question for Bones; are you still in Wey. Would value your take if you still follow and/or hold. | microscope
14/5/2018 08:17 | Update in but brevity is name of the game as usual for CML. Numbers apparently in line but no comments about current trading to gauge outlook until the finals on June 12th. We’ll just have to wait. Still, it is shaking out some holders! | bones
11/5/2018 12:32 | We must be due a trading update imminently. Last year's was on 8th May 2017. | bones
26/4/2018 10:21 | Price has moved up nicely since the late Jan lows. IIOT and M2M prospects. Mkt cap only £95m | aishah

16/2/2018 07:38 | It spoils it when people trash threads. You can see it on many, the self appointed arbiter brigade like bones chastise leading to silly comments and then arguments. Their voices drown out serious investors. Only drives sane people away and then the swearing Really wish there was some moderation to the board, I am happy to see pro and anti posts but would rather comment was based on honest factor opinion instead of spite or sheer nastiness like pones has instigated | lucicavi
14/2/2018 11:13 | It's hard to tell, roddiemac, as this guy has previous, hence this is all I see: larva 13 Feb '18 - 15:40 - 382 of 384 (Filtered) 0 0 0 larva 14 Feb '18 - 08:16 - 383 of 384 (Filtered) | bones
14/2/2018 10:34 | I hope this board is not about to become inundated with mindless one liners and useless comments about charts. | roddiemac2
14/2/2018 08:16 | pushing up early doors | larva

05/2/2018 15:37 | True RogerRail, that can be dangerous! | bones
05/2/2018 15:29 | bones you may well be right and I hope so , just being conservative with my short term target, don't want to be accused of being a serial ramper! | rogerrail
05/2/2018 15:09 | CML was a new buy tip in the SCSW February issue. Hence more interest today. | aishah
05/2/2018 14:03 | bones, Yes, they are very unlikely to disappoint. Having met with Chris Gurry on more than one occasion , I find him to be both helpful and a good listener. He has done well since becoming MD; in particular he has ensured a much better breakdown of the business in the annual accounts.( they used to be vague. ) With two house brokers, they are getting their story across much better also. I trust this management . | roddiemac2
05/2/2018 12:04 | RogerRail, when a management as conservative as CML's states that it is "EXCITED about the Group’s future prospects", this suggests to me the likelihood of an "ahead of market expectations" in the next update. I therefore have bigger expectations than the 15%-20% uplift in share price that you are looking for :) | bones
01/2/2018 15:52 | Hopefully will get a wider following then. | aishah
30/1/2018 20:52 | AISHAH, The following may have raised some interest. CML exhibited at the Growth and Innovation Forum today-----"The Growth & Innovation Forum is sponsored by Cenkos Securities and Shares Magazine. It is a one-day conference and exhibition, and is the UK's only growth and technology focused investment show." | roddiemac2
30/1/2018 14:47 | Probably someone has identified it as a good share to be in and is accumulating. | rogerrail
30/1/2018 14:20 | Good bit of interest recently. Something up? | aishah
09/1/2018 12:18 | From Shares "Small caps poised for big news in 2018": "CML Microsystems (CML:AIM) fits neatly in any super-connected, renewable future. The company has struggled for meaningful scale despite a consistent track record for profits. Investment in an expanded product range and new markets (advanced medical devices and smart transport, for example), could change that situation" Analysts forecasting revenue of £31,5m seems a conservative guesstimate which is what analysts do. IMO with £16m booked in the first half, FY revenue should exceed that figure given the following management outlook relating to momentum and products ramping up : Outlook The financial and operational progress made in the first half of the year is firm evidence that we are delivering on our growth strategy and the momentum that we are seeing in the business has continued into the start of the second half. With a number of customer products now in the ramping-up phase, and supportive end application dynamics, the Board has confidence in meeting expectations for the full year and remains excited about the Group’s future prospects. On a forward PE of 21 , share price would appear fully valued but that would be ignoring the 75p/s net cash and EBITDA of around £10m for the full year , I would suggest the share price should be of the order of 15%-20% higher. | rogerrail
11/12/2017 15:27 | 65,026 shares @ 519p reported as a buy today | roddiemac2 |
