16/8/2018 20:37 | i'm over invested here aland, sadly over committed too early as i think this is a great risk reward buy at this price ...... | kristini2
16/8/2018 20:22 | Could be someone accumulating quietly. The 1 million listed towards the close of play yesterday was a buy also IMO. Hence the rise at the end of yesterday and the trade price of the sale. Kristini - you accumulating more on the quiet? 😉 Looking good I think, just a case of when. GL all. | aland1
16/8/2018 19:41 | Another 1m buy. Someone sees value. | rediffusion
15/8/2018 23:04 | it's just been oversold Rayrac | kristini2
15/8/2018 22:57 | V good performance considering how the rest of the market has performed today. Must be a reason outside of sight? Big plus here is the large holder of shares by the previous owner of NEX! Looks a decent buy to me. | rayrac
15/8/2018 19:59 | We have an accumulator | rediffusion
15/8/2018 16:35 | That's a nice surprise at the end of today's trading, particularly given the horrible state of the Market. | corrientes
13/8/2018 21:06 | Reputationally Cluff is in tact, let's hope he delivers......there' | kristini2
13/8/2018 18:31 | kristini not cynical in my eyes. | soulsauce
13/8/2018 18:01 | Soul, As Mark Twain said about a miner; 'A hole in the ground with a liar at the top'... That may be a bit cynical... | kristini2
13/8/2018 11:29 | Bigger buys. Resistance broken. Up, up, up! | bean02
13/8/2018 10:36 | Thanks Soul , i generally swerve resource stocks these days... | kristini2
13/8/2018 09:35 | Well I wish you all the best kristini. Very frustrating here. | soulsauce
13/8/2018 09:29 | soul, i think my average price might be just north of 4p- luckily the higher price purchases are outside tax wrappers and a third at below 3 p in isa wraps....so maybe at 7 p i can start disposals using personal & spouse CGT annual NRbs exemption .. we'll see how it pans out..... | kristini2
13/8/2018 08:55 | Good morning all Someone has faith with another 500,000 share buy early doors. | maytrees
13/8/2018 08:27 | Wow kristini that is a significant holding, I sincerely hope you can at the very least get them away at break even but hope you make the decent profit that undertaking deserves. I don't think any of us are any wiser as to what is happening here and what the end game will be. One can only hope it is much more positive than where we are now. | soulsauce
12/8/2018 22:46 | i've got 2.8m shares here, i would expect the volumes on a take out announcement would provide adequate liquidity for me to get out....? I understand that spencer's holding is much greater and therefore create some potential challenges | kristini2
12/8/2018 21:14 | A decent JV partner(s) announcement would propel it to 8-10p potentially. However I don’t really see that as the outcome because Spencer/Dorfman would not be able to get their cash out then. Hence why T/O is the more likely outcome in my opinion. Spirit Energy for me being the front runners - all IMO and as always DYOR. | aland1
12/8/2018 20:55 | Thankyou, I'll take 12 p right now....... | kristini2
12/8/2018 16:39 | Very difficult to assess Kristini. P2248 and P2252 had a broker valuation of something in the region of 46p per share. However since then we have been awarded the additional licences which gives us over 4 TCF and probably 60p+ now. I would say fair value might be 20% of this and so on that assumption 12p per share. However that is only my opinion and not to be taken as advice. All LTH have been very patient here awaiting the promised news and lift in the share price. Algy and Mr Swindells both made mention of delivering value to shareholders this year.....we are still waiting patiently! | aland1
12/8/2018 12:55 | Thankyou Aland; what do you hope for as potential takeout, at what price range on the cluff share price ? | kristini2
12/8/2018 12:34 | Kristini - the importance for me is that Clnr now have a potential gas hub with over 4 TCF available within it. Given that gas plays our now arguably more important than oil being cleaner etc. that must be of interest within the marketplace. In addition with oil prices now nearly double what they were companies now have available cash for exploration plays and investment which Algy has pretty much already alluded to. | aland1
11/8/2018 22:32 | aland, thankyou--pls remind of the importance of 30th sept, i assume any licenses can be extended My main concern in that stock price action can be indicative and the chart here is awful........ | kristini2
11/8/2018 18:35 | Kristini - It is very hard to put a value on the resource without doubt. However I just wonder if the suitor(s) have requested some further info on the new licences recently awarded before committing fully - hence the recent placing to enable this. Not sure how quickly this could be completed though. I suspect not that quickly! Clearly the BOD and other major shareholders will have a target figure in mind for any potential T/O. However time is against the company with 30th September looming fast and any potential suitors know this. Therefore they may not get the figure they would like! I believe that Spirit Energy are the most likely suitor, as they have clearly shown their interest in the new blocks that we were recently awarded. They will almost certainly also have been through our data room and so will have seen all the info in relation to Our two main licences. No advice intended and GL to all shareholders....let& | aland1 |
