yes agreed, the 30th round is important, mainly because it has the potential to add scale to the Co rather than looking for another licence within the same area imo. I think they will be looking to diversify so eggs are not all in one basket, possibly going for an already discovered resources that they can get back into production quickly based on some of Algy's press articles

In a way YES because if CLNR get licenses within the big area they are promoting then that makes for a better deal with a third party...............its going to be very interesting.

It's moving into clear waters having broken out of it's base soulsauce, I think it will clear 2.5p and then stall around the 4p as the first major resistance hurdle. Once we get past 4p then it really is a clear run to double figures from a TA viewpoint, all IMO of course before any of the de-rampers start getting their knickers in a twist ;-)

Not certain anley but it looked buys and sells today but most put through as buys.It may well be that we have a holding announcement,either way it looks like someone or some entity is collecting the placing shares.placees making a 25per cent gain and someone picking them up at circa 2-2.3p.

Good point and there may be another to join all the shareholders with more than 5% each.
However, it is very difficult to work out all the financial options but again we shall have to wait and see.

I believe our two large investors are here for more than just a casual investment..a private guarantee of significant investment would be useful in swaying decisions in the bid round .

Lol, sour grapes on your part. If that's the case then you're just a de-ramper DREAMING of a cheap entry. The big bad placing is out of the way now so there's nothing holding this back. Plenty of potential news flow on the cards and the Co clearly have a back up plan to drill themselves (funded via strategic partner) if farm out doesn't materialise, however given the fresh lease of life in the North Sea that we've seen recently and the increased press commentary on being less gas reliant on Russia, this will be hot property. I predict a farm out will be secured for current licences plus a good outcome from the 30th round. The next few months will be transformational for this Co, the price had based at current level and has just started to break out. So by all means wait for your dream entry price but there are many others who are keen on this but hoped for a better entry on the placing who will now be looking to build a position prior to news and as we know well, this share moves very fast and will be over 3p on a single days decent buying so your risking being left far far behind or buying in at a much higher price. This could easily be double figures this year imo. Best of luck to all holders, think this is the beginning of something very big!

Good advice A1M.....but they think they are cleaver trying to pick bottoms and then getting smelly fingers...............it just does not work especiall on AIM and share like CLNR.

Ask currently the same as yesterday now :) Those waiting for a mass sell off to get in cheaper are going to be sorely disappointed, learn to read the price action.

Doubt it, more chance you'll get left behind waiting for that price. Too much potential not yet priced in for this to drift lower. The share price change today is only due to the MM's marking it lower on open trying to catch a few out. The share price hasn't traded down, in fact is currently up around 10% from opening price, hardly the sign of an share price drifting lower.

I think you are partly right GHEEBEE (a new poster) but not on the price as it is now busy inside and outside the Ministry of Energy with all the Southern North Sea drillers anxious to get on and buyers in the shade like me.

Look back at one of my old posts where I pointed to who the interested and logical party is....................remember that the big boys need to keep reserves up as the demand for gas grows.
