01/3/2018 11:14 | Absolutely Anley, agreed. | clickon
01/3/2018 11:11 | At the AGM in November Algy didnt expect action until the early part of this year at least because of a lot of big M&A activity, which has been taking place. I imagine some of this would need to take place first. An example from my perspective is Dong Energy. My impression was that expectations would put activity further forward. I must emphasise that this was my impression from the AGM, sadly there were only 3 PIs there including me, pity more didn't turn up. Only about ten people there in total including directors. As always DYOR. | clickon
01/3/2018 11:07 | Soulsauce.........th CLNR has some un and proven gas in two blocks of the southern north sea and as they have no capital to exploit these reserves they are looking for a partner as well as raising some capital to apply for a few new licenses in and around where they own the two current ones. It all comes down to some government officer to get his pen and sign a number of letter to all those, including Cluff as to what they are going to get in the new round of licenses and this is in April/May.....bet on the news being late. Once this has been done then a deal will all come together and there is nothing more than anyone can do untl then. I think you are not the only one that feels grumpy but you either sell out and take the loss or wait as I believe there is real promise that in the end the company will be sold and all of us can then look else where. Hope this helps.......... | anley
01/3/2018 10:20 | JOG RNS just out | vivgav
01/3/2018 09:50 | There has been inaction for far too long with little explanation or adopting a different course to increase shareholder value just relying and hoping someone farms in and failing that hoping we can survive long enough to get more ground. Sorry feeling grumpy today, must be the weather. | soulsauce
01/3/2018 09:36 | As you were I was right the first time breakfast only just kicking in! | clickon
01/3/2018 09:34 | Correction should read 'not shot' I've only just had breakfast ! | clickon
01/3/2018 09:30 | Also I dont believe that confidence in the company is shot just because a few stale bulls have lost patience. The main institutional holders are still there including Dorfman and Spencer. | clickon
01/3/2018 09:26 | I agree with that, my point is that I don't believe it to be justified. | clickon
01/3/2018 09:25 | I told ADVFN about question marks appearing when I type apostrophes 3 weeks ago, useless! | clickon
01/3/2018 09:23 | You can't agree with the price meandering down since Algy moved aside? | soulsauce
01/3/2018 09:20 | Can't agree with that, he's only taking one day off for charity work. He's still Chairman. Unfortunately a lot of PI's don' know what a Chairman does or CEO for that matter! | clickon
01/3/2018 09:17 | National Grid warning gas supplies 'running tight'. A test of the system since the demise of the Rough storage facility etc etc. | clickon
01/3/2018 09:03 | Ever since Algy pulled the stumps up this has meandered down. Confidence in the company is shot as a consequence and easy for shorters. | soulsauce
01/3/2018 08:38 | Also against a 12 year price spike for gas, though admittedly we are prospective, | clickon
01/3/2018 08:33 | A sell of 10k and a buy of 40k and it drops 4% | clickon
01/3/2018 08:17 | In what way clickon? All I see is the MMs making a market against an abject and none performance from the company. | soulsauce
01/3/2018 08:12 | Mms are playing it! | clickon
28/2/2018 17:22 | Interesting article in the Telegraph, After a week like this, it's nice to think it might wake the Government up for the need to provide more support to the North Sea O&G industry. Perhaps that's hoping for too much with the attention entirely distracted to Brexit. | pipersand
28/2/2018 17:01 | Well at the moment, I don't know about gas, it's all hot air and no substance :-/ | soulsauce
28/2/2018 16:55 | Its gas we have.............and that will be the basis of a final value of the business. | anley
28/2/2018 16:19 | Here's hoping it will be the finest of swansongs Bronislav. I guess we will know by June. The clock is ticking, can they cobble together a great deal, or get some more licences, or both before another cash call is made. Brent crude has had a little wobble today but the uptrend is still in place which helps support the chances for a positive outcome. | pipersand
28/2/2018 13:50 | Algys swansong. | bronislav |
