He got run out of Africa, and he is now going into hiding! Another Tax dodge getting involved with a Charity,!

So what you are telling us is that in the event of a take-over it will be either ALL shares or perhpas shares and a little cash?

The question then becomes what is the potential for Parkmead Group?

I should go on to say that nearly 30% of CLNR is controlled by 4 shareholders - all with deep pockets.

So could you please remind us all what the "52 week high was/is"..........thanks.

THe CLNR website has been updated and it is a consolidation of just what the company consists of etc...........well worth a look to remind ourselves of the potential.

Parkmead shares are cheap and as There.... says they may have been running the slide rule over CLNR but we shall have to wait and see if they do come forth and talk to the "new" management.

Will TC want his current stake to be diluted by any issue of new shares or will he use his cash to bid for the business..................and interesting debate me thinks and not as clean cut as Ther.... may think.

It's an exercise in in house cleaning, PMG to take this out I reckon, Cluff is too old too senile has lost touch with modern day workings, you can disagree all you like that's your opinion and I have mine, he turns up at the office and does sweet FA, this proves it, hope he is reducing his costs as well!

I have read this with thanks BUT as I have said in my last post he clears his desk for the company to be acquired after the acquisition of further licenses so my time table will need to be adjusted.

I wish him well but do hope he is not going to take his salary which was a big drain on the cash flow of the business.
