Yes Anley. Not sure why Click persists with his end of Q2 theory. I would like to think, perhaps optimistically, that Mssrs Dorfman and Spencer provided working capital to get something over line before simply being diluted again. Otherwise it just doesn't make sense

By the end of Q2 Cluff will have run out of cash according to his signed verification at the time of the last funding of £1m.............I think that is right?

Absolutely dosh, especially if BP are making bids in the current round, they'll want to keep it quiet. I stick to my theory about end of Q2.

On the 16th November Premier announced that the Ravenspurn drill remained on tight hole status, a term used when an operator is keeping results quiet.

Hi Anley Have a look at the Sunday Times business front page, I'm pretty sure when Algy was talking to the Energy Minister, he was lobbying for this sort of approach. Tax income from oil and gas has reduced from £12.4bn to £900 million in the current financial year, that shows the scale of the issue. If the Sunday Times article is correct and I have no reason to disbelieve it, the chancellor is addressing some of the issues. Good news!

Maybe the idea of rearranging North Sea taxes may help push any deal forward so we will have to wait until WED to see.

In the meantime we now have a really bombed out share price and after WED we all should start to get more agressive with Mr Cluff.......I have a number of ideas but not till the Budget is out of the way and I have seen the small print.

More buys than sells but the largest buy 250k was reported after hours so possibly the furthere share price fall will be reversed tomorrow.
