At the AGM they were not concerned about the licence issue and felt that they had fulfilled their commitments so far. Algy said that the OGA were much more approachable than in the past. He was scheduled to have a meeting with them just over a week ago. As always DYOR.

I wrote that not Anley, I was trying to reassure you. He may be frustrated but he's not giving up. If you were to chat with him you would find that his conversational manner is no different from the interviews. I was trying to stop you misinterpreting tone of voice for fact. It's a pity you weren't at the AGM, because I'm sure that you would have been reassured to some extent. What you write in no way reflects the conversations I had with Algy, Graham Swindells or Andrew Nunn.

Listening to algy on proactive he sounded like he couldnt be bothered either because all was sorted and it was just a matter of time before announcing or the flip side that he was fed up with it all and has had enough.

My view from what was said at the AGM was that it was more likely that any activity would be after the M&A's that are in progress and the licensing awards have been made. Of course having said that anything can happen at anytime. It would probably make sense that any party would hold back until after the awards to find out what they and CLNR had acquired first, before making any decisions over whether to get involved in a farm out. Please Do Your Own Research.

He was talking about the placing being underwritten. As I understand it this placing was not underwritten.

The hot ticket really has a problem with this share on LSE although he insists he is in here, if he is he only holds a tiny amount, as he will find fault in the latest share placing and of a company taking it all up! The mind boggles why people bother posting on a company they have no faith in, or even investing for that matter! Has to happen this month though! Glta

I think you are correct as the bid is 1.80p and perhaps the supply has finished simply because many shareholders know what's up and will sit and wait for news.
Some will get ichy simply because they can't sit on their hands but at a higher price say over 2p..........who knows.

this looks a great bet at this level, risk reward, shame i bought post IPO and too higher an average price

This si AIM so i guess nothing can be taken for granted and i generally serve aim stock these days x

Typically placings come with feverish ramping on Twitter while placees flip. This has not been the case so perhaps Allenby themselves took the remaining shares. Would love to know how many they have left

Not a bad profit .buy at 1.5 and flip at 1.8.cant see any news until that process is over...
