As at 31 August 2018, CloudCall's issued share capital consists of 24,153,076 ordinary shares of 20 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 24,153,076 Ordinary Shares.
The above figure (24,153,076 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
