Almost £7million of liabilities of which £5.7mill is conv loan notes -

Add that to current cap and an enterprise value of £10million+ - !!!!!

Of course since SELLA has given them the monies RD could ask for conversion at 6p -

or how about 600p -

Overvaluation - Roughly CAP + DEBT 3.5Mill + 3.85 = 7.35million

Over 7 million! -

In this market cloubuy is doing WELL -

I have just noticed that Phb choices site has dropped back even further, lol.
It had fu#k all to start with.
I have a bigger range of products in my kitchen larder.
Perhaps the new employee they were looking for was to be hired to take items off the site and not add them on,lol.
What the hell do the useless Duncans and Gibbon actually do all day,apart from fuc€ all.

Looks like another top week for shareholders of the most famous POS company.
Deals and contacts being won.
Ever increasing items being added to their websites.
Directors purchasing stock in huge volumes.
It literally makes your head spin.
I don't know how they find time in the day to eat and relax as they've earnt every penny of their wage and more.

There is No chance of that happening -

When you look at a company say QXL, this was a company that had a sh*t balance sheet, LOTS of creditors, almost eradicated had it not been for a recovery that was taking place BUT perhaps MOST IMPORTANTLY it had a fairly LARGE AUDIENCE -

From Virtually being broken and on LIFE SUPPORT the HUGE AUDIENCE that it had coupled with the market recovery led this company to being sold at just under £1 billion -

TRADUS -

CLOUDBUY has neither a recovery chance NOR does it have ANY AUDIENCE -

So why PAD et al is investing and TARA is absolutely beyond me -
