I'd like to see honest RON taken to court over his grossly misleading statements for the poor old shareholders here.It would be nice to see his brand new mansion being taken off him but we all know that will never happen .

I think you left out the NHS personal budget thing! Their company formation service seems about the only thing they might actually be doing? All else gets lots of puffs but never seem to get off the ground in terms of activity on the sites.

Has anyone done a correlation of some of there RNS which came to nothing like Ajman Free Zone (March 2015) and a "US partnership" March 2015 or the Singapore marketplace January 2015 or Salvere May 2015 or Ministry of Economy in the Middle East also May 2015 and if the share price was falling.

There's lots of RNS we've seen - none of which have seen the predicted returns - were any of them actually true of have they been defrauding shareholders all along with fake RNS.

How do you get this investigated?

Looking at the performance of the PHB site,or lack of,I would say bust.They just can't increase numbers and if anything it is going backwards.If only honest Ron could of gone down the side of a mountain on his skis as quickly as this company has collapsed he would of been Olympic champion for the last 15 years,lol.

At this time the loan holder has little clout.

1/ he can't demand repayment

2/ If he converts the loans today he pays twice the share price and ends up with just 44% of the company.
